Three days in a row being on hold for over an hour to have someone pickup the phone and hang up right away. Good luck if you have to deal with these people place is a joke

Wow, I wasn't aware that they times you to do parallel parking. My daughter failed because if this BS reasoning. There are lots of people it takes forever to do parallel! Never again will go to the third party!

I give it three stars solely based on the attitude I have witnessed twice now from the lady with the lazy eye treat people. She was so rude to a veteran couple and they clearly needed help. The first time we came here she was also rude. Seems annoyed always. Went to use the bathroom and wash my hands only to realize the bottom of the soap dispenser is full of dead bugs. Not much sanitization there. Otherwise it was an easy process with appt.

The first thing I noticed at the when we walked up at the Surprise location was a nice covered awning outside with misters for those who had to wait outside the bldg. When you get in, be prepared to stand during your appt because there are no chairs at the cubicles to sit in anymore. I was pleasantly surprised that Surprise location was very customer conscious and did everything within their power to to make our requests happen! They gave us clear explanations and clear options if they were unable to fullfill our request and why. They also patiently explained the paper trail and what they had done. They took time with us and we never felt rushed or under a time constraints but they in turn worked quickly and efficiently to complete our requests in a timely manner.
Their prompt, courteous, and friendly, yet professional behavior was refreshing and welcomed from this government entity.

Waited on the phone for an hour and no one came. It would be nice if the message could reflect how long the wait time is.

They said they were sending a cost free license with my change of address on it free no charge.i never recieved it, went back and they said i need to pay because i went so long.

It was a bit of a wait, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were expecting a lot longer wait!

Wish i could give them negative ratings, i came in at 4 45, the place was emtpy just a couple of people and they turned me down because i got there right at 4 45 and they dont hand out tickets, how lazy can someone be? There was some of them that werent even helping anyone as it was so empty. Always giving attitude when answering questions as well.

I was hoping that the atmosphere of this place had changed since I hadn't been in years. The elderly lady employee who helped me acted irritated by my presence and to top it off she gave me the wrong address on my ID. It's like she didn't want to work and she expected me to do her job for her. Just be prepared to deal with upset employees

Why is there even a line when they have to pick and choose which customers to help? God forbid someone needs to get their AZ license AND register their car at the same time.

The blond lady at reception was kind even if a little short with us. Overall good job. The lady in the booth (Line E) was also very nice.

I have been there twice and the people are fast courteous and respectful. I only suggest moving the kiosks as it causes congestion at the entrance doors.

We arrived about 9: 00AM & walked right in. We were third in line at the first desk & took our photos & moved to the B line which we were also third. After a few minutes we were helped by Connie. We transferred Drivers Liscenses for two, Title & Plate for one vehicle all in a very short time, Connie was very helpful & professional. My wife had all online paper work pre- done & helped the experience to move nicely. No complaints & job well done. Thank you.

Can I give this place zero stars? Not helpful and if you walk in 15 minutes before closing you will not be assisted.

Awful DMV. Lines can be expected at all DMVs but the customer service here was not good. The lady at the photo desk had a pissy attitude and wasn't helpful whatsoever. The staff was more worried about what they were going to eat for lunch than processing customers. It also doesn't help that there was only one photo machine that would continuously go down due to operator error. I recommend having something in place for people who are short to prevent the machine from going down in the future.

Clean, somewhat friendly customer service. Biggest thing is, they took the chairs away. You now get to stand in line for 45 mintues while you wait. I had an older lady tell me to save her spot in line, so she can sit down somewhere. Another thing, the lines are right next to the windows, so you will have no privacy when talking to the clerk. 2 out of 5 stars because of how long you have to wait and the suffering of standing for a good hour.

Horrible place horrible service, how is that place still open and how is the lady at the information center lady still employed (Lee). If you hate your job quit lady!

Absolutely horrible! We never got our tags and then we had to pay for then to be sent to us again! On top of that boyfriend got out of the molitary we paid four hundred dollars for our tags a month prior. Moved to Texas and had to reregister and now we are out of four hundred damn dollars. What a rip off.

Make sure you don't sit in the C seats. Even if nobody else is there. I guess they think if all of them get filled by handicapped people I'm incapable of getting up. Thanks window 9!
