Arizona MVD reviews
36Worst Dmv ever. The instructors for the test do not follow guidelines. Each instructor does something different with each person who does the 3 point turn. My daughter has been practicing and she did the 3 point turn and they failed her. She did not hit any cones. The lady said because she did not pull forward after she backed in. No where does it state that at all. But the male instructor was waving the other kids to move forward. What the hell. My daughter is a good driver and this is how they treat her and they could not show proof that it was in the instruction booklet to pull forward. They just make up there own rules. This place can kiss my a$$ and i filed a complaint to have them investigated.
The most unpleasant employees I have ever come into contact with at motor vechical department or any customer service industry.
People there were very rude and seemed very rude toward people of color.if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Due to the nature of the business I'm in, I'm in there several times per month. If you have all the information they will need, the process of getting it done is fairly fast. Some days the days are longer than others. I don't know why people complain when they fail a driver's test or when they don't bring all the documents needed. They have to turn all of that over when completing the transaction. It's their job to make sure they have everything needed. Would you rather find out they just titled your vehicle to a thief? Maybe look online before you go and find the list of items to bring.
Have used this location 3 times since I move here. Lines can be long, expect to wait a bit, but the service is worth it.
Lines are relatively short, but not necessarily always fast. There used to be a lobby with seats and you waited for your number to be called, now everyone is organized into different lines and you have to stand and wait. The woman that gives out the numbers is SUPER RUDE if you don’t hear her or understand her directions she just repeats herself very loudly and sharply and acts like you’re doing something really wrong for asking anything again. I guess that’s a typical dmv experience, but I’d like to know what the hell crawled up her ass that made her so bitter.
Some of these ladies are biches specially this one.they don't do motorcycle road test only on 59th ave and bell road.you HAVE TO MAKE ROAD TEST APPOINTMENTS AT SERVICE ARIZONA
I was STUNNED at how good the service was here. Quick, friendly, very knowledgble. I don't think I've left the MVD this happy since I was a teenager getting my license.
Bring back the number system.whoever said the crap that is implemented now is faster is WRONG. And employees need customer services classes if your going to work with the public then you need to know how to treat customers.
So much tax payer money invested in redecorating but nothing in labor costs? Hire more people! Or put out more chairs!
Ever since they remodeled a couple of years ago everything goes by so fast. As long as you make sure you have everything you need before going in it'll go really smoothly. Took less than half of an hour to get titled and registered.
The employees here are so rude and ungrateful that they have a job. If there was an option to give negative stars they would get negative 5 stars from me. The lady at the information desk was so rude she asked everyone "What do ya need? " in a very condescending tone, she was the most disrespectful person in the whole place.
When getting my registration done in Arizona for the first time asked if there was a % charged for paying with credit instead of cash. Was told no then charged the %. Also the lady who I was assigned to just couldn't figure out how to get the registration done correct. She had to keep asking other people who worked there to basically do it for her.
GOT NO RESPECT FROM THE LADY IN THE FROMT TO TAKE MY PICTURE FOR MY LICENSE AND SHE SAID WE NEED ORIGINAL DOCUMANTATION FOR CUSTODY PAPERS WHEN I ALREADY GOT MY PERMIT AND THEY ACCEPTED THE COPY, ALSO I CALLED CUSTMOR SERVICE AND THEY SAID IF THEY ACCEPTED YOUR COPY OF DOCUMANTATION THEN YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO EVEN BRING IT CAUSE IT WAS ALREADY ON FILE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF THERE WERE NEGITIVE STARS TO GIVE THIS PLACE I ABSOLUTELY WOULD.
We were here for a total of twelve minutes to transfer car title. It isn't a fun place, but they get the job done. Staff was friendly and efficient. Shrug. Could be a lot worse.
The driving instructor Nina was very rude and yelled at me, failed me on my road test and made me feel extremely horrible. She yelled at me and made me cry and when asked to talk about it she continued to yell and directed me to her manager who then told me a story that was blown way out of proportion, never coming here again.
