Arizona MVD reviews
24Had to make an appointment but you are in and out pretty fast depending on what you need. It was good!
Excellent service both at the reception desk and customer service window. We walked in there for my wife's driver license renewal. Though we do not speak good English, the workers both at the reception desk and the window listened patiently and fulfilled our needs as required. I also thank them for taking sufficient measures to help control the spread of Covid-19 and providing excellent service to the public at this difficult time. Stay safe and continue your job. We SALUTE you, and all those frontline workers who provide critical and essential service to the public.
Danelle at window 15 is really the best! Very helpful and patient and perfectly explained the whole process to me!
Thank you Danelle
They're kinda slow at the windows, so the line moves slow but they're nice people who know what they're doing. They offer pretty good customer service
The front desk women are sweethearts, very helpful & polite, As well as the the rest of the department. Highly recommend this location!
17 desks, 4 representatives open, and associates poking their heads out from the back to see how busy it is (50-60people here). This is why everyone hates the DMV.
The lady with short black hair and gauges in the front desk was rude. Simply asked her a question and she looked at me like I was stupid before she even responded. She had an attitude the entire time for no reason. Would it kill you guys to hire people that want to work?
Mila is very professional and extremely helpful. She has the knowledge and skills to perform her job with a big smile
Worst DMV ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone.i scheduled an appointment at 9: 30 and got 0 help, they then proceeded to say they called my number and my name multiple times while i was sitting waiting for my name to be called.staff very rude and bitchy the office manager is very stuck up and rude & not willing to help.will not be returning here!
I went in today again after 2 attempts on getting the license test correct. The beautiful young lady that assisted me with my testing was great. Real professional and very nice. I don't think I had the privilege of knowing her name. Which I now regret. But she's in the second booth from where line D is at. THANK YOU GORGEOUS. You are awesome and very professional at what you do. Keep up the great work.
Do not use this DMV for anything other than drivers license and registration. I am no stranger to various titling processes, and this location has no idea what they're dealing with if it's not just a simple stamp and take your money.
I came here to register a commercial vehicle. This one required me to come to the MVD. As you enter you’re in line to get a ticket for the next line. This line has no representatives working and the line keeps getting longer. Poor management practices from government employees. #inefficiency #sixsigmaneeded #democratsiesta
The wait was short. I was only there for only 10 minutes at 3: 20 pm on a Monday without an appointment. The appointment line appeared to be longer than the walk-in, surprising. I’m glad I was able to do the emissions test next door and handle v business in one trip.
There isn’t a ton of parking, but There were several open spots when I came, lucky me! When I walked in through the glass entrance door, there’s a check in machine for appointments to the left and there are some machines for specific services straight ahead. I was walking in so I went to the general line next to the appointment machine. There were two ladies in front of me.
A friendly lady at the counter asked what I was there for and after explaining she gave me a ticket for C line over to the right of the corner of the room. It was just a few feet from where I was standing. I was the third person in line. A lady waved for me to come over and I filled her in and just like that everything was taken care of.
I went in to this location to change my last name on my ID because I recently got married. The lady at the front desk told me I needed the certified copy of the marriage license in order to change my name. I thought that was a little ridiculous because I already changed it with social security and I had my original marriage license. A friend of mine said she was able to get her new ID with just the original marriage license at the Chandler MVD so I went over there and yep, sure enough they just made sure I changed it with social security and they used the original marriage license. This location is closer to my house than Chandler so it was inconvenient but thanks to the Chandler location I got it done.
Zero stars if I could. The employee I worked with both times I was there was extremely inadequate. She told me I needed a certain document to finish the process to get an in state ID, I wasted a lot of time and money getting back and forth from here, and when I brought her the document she still said it was not enough information. I brought her exactly what she asked for. Go to a different location. The people servicing this location are just plain stupid.
Aaron is the best employee there hand down he's so nice and polite he made my day so much better and I passed my liscense test!
I felt the service was great I was in n out in 30, min which was good everyone was real helpful
Only one person serving the 27 people in 2 lines. Been here an hour and my line has only 3 fewer people in front of me. If you get line B or C you are doomed!
I haven't had a bad DMV experience. If you are going to the DMV get there early, or expect to have to wait. I took my permit test and was in and out in 30 mins at about 3: 30 PM. The black lady who works in line E is really nice and helpful.
Terrible experience. The staff is rude and wants to talk over you as if they are Gods of the MVD, and then talk down to you. I guarantee I will never come back to this one, don't waste your time, pick a different MVD, there are plenty to choose from around the valley.
