Very polite. They'll still ask you to come back tomorrow if you don't get there before 4: 30. (We got there at 4: 32). They close at 5: 00 but you need to make sure you get a number before 4: 30.

Typical motor vehicle department.only one difference is this one here may not have any line but you will still wait as the nice employees talk with every little customer about their children's medical information, listening to stories about their cats and dogs, their neighbors, as you're sitting there waiting to get your ID. I just went to MVD. I am a dealer 2 weeks ago I came in to change a tittle which took them 2 hrs to help me. Mostly because they thought I was trying to do something wrong. They kept questioning me per rep " to cover their butt". I signed up so I could drop off tittles and not wait for them pick them up later instead. Today I finally I came with about 10 titles the female was a different one who helped me she made me wait 30 mins and kept asking me if I I signed up and I was sure? Of coarse I was sure! Anyways after she couldn't help me and wasted my time I decided to leave I didn't have more time to waste as I was walking away this lady started yelling at me " I'm trying to help you ". How unprofessional never in my life did anyone yell at me as I was walking out the door. Worst service ever

Phone reps are very brusque and don't seem very well informed. I have inquired about my replacement license after an address change on two occasions and as of today the time has run out and I'm supposed to pay for a reissue. Hmm nope.
