They have been providing me with services for several years. Dr. Ryklin, Liza an Melissa are fantastic and Dr. Ryklin has done so much over the years to relieve my pain.

This place is so unbelievably uncaring! My daughter had an epidural the other day and had extreme pain during the procedure even with sedation and they didnt care and try to lessen the pain at the time! Then several hours later, the pain was very bad so she called them. The doctor's medical assistant actually asked her, why didnt she say anything about the pain when she was there! They not only knew it then but how dare they ask this question! The assistant even talked to Dr. Khan about it but came back with the same answer! Wow! She was experiencing more pain as the day went on! So since they didn't care AT ALL, she will not ever get another injection not only there but ever! Thanks for ruining her thoughts of receiving any future treatments with an injection! This is THE WORST pain doctor she has ever been to! Dont go here! They do not care at all about a person's pain.

Staff act like cold, uncaring robots due to high patient volume. Feels like a people mill / money making machine (for the docs) But if it works for you, then good. Otherwise, ask your doc for a referral to more specialized clinic.

Dr. Con and most of his medical staff are con$. If your injuries and chronic severe pain has pending litigations, stay away from this office, money is the root of all evil. They will lie on your medical records, &Write false narratives. Every appointment Dr. Con will ask about pending litigations & he will carele$$ about your injuries and chronic pain. Their level of professionalism is a cut above most pain treatment facilities I have tried it in the past. They have friendly office staff, and the doctor and nurse practitioners are good at their job. With their help I was able to overcome pain, and live a much more fulfilling life.

I was a day late to my appt. They were able to squeeze me in. This office is clean and polite. Finally an honest pain management office who is happy to help their patients.

Positive experience. Dr Ryklin is Very helpful with Cortisone shots to relieve pain. P/A was judgemental and treated me very unfairly. Dr professional and trustworthy. P/A is not a contribution to the clinic, but a person who seems unhappy working there, and it really shows Angus. Don't blame the patient because you hate your job.

Very busy place but they do help with many different options for pain. Doctor listen to me and helped me get proper treatment and my wife now goes.

This is a great place to go if want to feel like a piece of meat. The place is always dirty, not just in front lobby but the whole place. Dr. Ryklin is very dismissive of complaints about how I feel after he asks how I'm feeling. The back area is not private and others are always just on the other side of the dirty curtains between the chairs where they put your pic line in.

Dr. Asim Khan and his crew of assistance are very professional, and very kind. I'll always recommend this Dr.to family and friends.

Worst place EVER.string you along forever before they help you.they will drain all of your referral visits until the very last one before they help you.

For weeks my neck hurt so much that the only way I got relief was to drop my head down to my chest, as though I had no neck bones, at all. I had my temporary medial branch block yesterday and am happy to share that I got close to 80 pct relief! Go see Dr. Ryklin! He's amazing! I can hardly wait for the permanent one that may last 6 months!

The doctor actually listens. I have been a patient for years and love the staff and doctors. I've been to all the locations the country club one is always super busy queen creek location is never packed so I go there.

Very professional and caring group of people. I watched as EVERY person was greeted warmly and their family member was made to feel special and the patient was their only concern.

Arizona Pain and Spine Institute staff fairly rude to talk to. When a driver is needed to take the patient home. The staff was rude to me who was not the patient.

Dr Khan is awesome, when you get to see him. Otherwise it is crazy busy, meat market feel. Lot of people with back pain. Busy man.

He falsely accused me of drug use. Never did I use illegal drugs. But because a doctor says so, be then it's in your record forever. Dr. Ryklyn was my doctor said for over 8 years. Not 1 dirty U. A. So tell me how I was dirty without a phone at report

I have been going here for over 6-7 years now they are the only reason I'm still alive, if not for the pain management efforts of Dr. RYKLIN I would not be here today ya I could have somewhere else but I don't they could do it as well as AZ PAIN and SPINE
