In my opinion these are the best pain specialists in the valley. Down side? There aren't enough ladies magazines. I usually take my old magazines when i go there. Can't figure out what happens to their magazines.maybe someone eats them for breakfast?

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE! What a waste of time. After being with a different pain mgmt clinic for 3 years they no longer took my insurance so I was referred to this place. I've been on steady pain medication for years and because I didn't have any recent imaging done I was denied a refill prescription with out any regard to the bad withdrawls sure to come when my medication runs out. Being a "pain specialist" they should know that the withdrawls of the medications they prescribe on a daily basis are the worst. The staff was rude and the doctors are very judgemental and very unprofessional. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else. These people push for injections as well. Through out my entire visit I must've heard the term injections at least 15 times. If I could rate with a negative mark I would.

They really do their best to get you out of pain permanently! And when you go in there and honestly tell them about your past history with opioids they take care and make sure that you're careful not to go there again! I won't go further I'll just say the doctors are responsible enough to know to hold you accountable as well as themselves accountable. I love it!

The worst place I ever took a friend to no doctors have to wait 5 hours and they still did not give my friend a prescription for pain and never calls him for pain medication either

I have been going to this office for many years, and loved the care and treatment that Dr. Ryklin and staff provide, until recently. They have a new provider, Kurt Walls-Walker aka "Angus" who is very abrupt, insensitive, and appears not to care for his patients. He is also very careless when writing prescriptions. I know that he has screwed up my prescriptions more than two times. These mistakes affected me by not getting my medicine on time, wrong dosages, and not returning messages. I also have a family member who saw Angus. This is a long time patient of Dr. Ryklin, long than I have been. Angus wrote this person 2same scripts for his extended relief medicine and no instant relief. This person lives over 30 miles from the office to find out at a pharmacy of Angus' error. So this family member had to drive all the way back to the office for prescription of the one missing. They made him wait over an HOUR to finally get his other script, then he had to drive all the way back to get that on filled. For the third month in a row, while I am waiting to be seen, I either here some other patients angerily complaining about Angus to the poor sweet girls up front or patients sharing their complaints and concerns, all regarding Angus. In all sincerety, Angus does not respect the patients or their time. Dr. Ryklin, I know that you have a busy office. Please understand that I and all your patience love you and how you built such stellar practice. I really hope that this one bad egg will not turn others sour and leave Arizona Pain and Spine. I am already looking for a new office.

They treat you like a crock even if u r compliant with drug screens, meds etc. It's just the attitudes because they do have people who abuse. Just sorry we get categorized with them. Need to believe in the good until they prove to u that u r an abuser. Mike and Lisa r super. Have moved to South Carolina and here they won't even take u on as a patient if on meds.

Love my pain Dr, but giving only 4 stars bc they cancelled my shoulder injection bc of new ins and needed auth, PA said shoulder injection don't req auth, so now I have to wait a month to get injection that shouldn't have been cancelled in first place.

I have been going to Az Pain and Spine for about three years now. This is the first pain doctor that i have ever been too that im treated like a junkie. I see Shawn there. He is great always very concerned about any concerns that i have and my well being.

This is where I go for help relieving my back pain! The people here are extremely nice! The staff are wonderful! The atmosphere is enjoyable! I Love going here! The doctors are totally wonderful too!

Dr RYklin is amazing. He treats each patient as if you’re his only one. I’ve been seeing him for 7yrs due to a neck injury. He definitely finds what pain management meets your individual needs. The practitioners are amazing as well!

I have been going to Dr. Kahn for 4yrs. This the best pain management I have been to everyone is wonderful.

Doctor Khan is great! My first visit ended with a detailed care plan consisting of imaging as well as the need for bilateral nerve blocks based upon my records which he had already reviewed. The staff arranged everything with the imaging provider that I normally use and have been considerate in regard to my work schedule so that I miss as little work as possible. The nerve blocks were quick and the doctor gave me a detailed plan for a follow up procedure since the nerve blocks worked.

I JUST WANT TO THANK DR. KAHN. HE IS SO VERY CARING AND TAKES TIME TO REALLY CARE FOR YOU! MAKES ME FEEL GOOD THAT I HAVE SOMEONE I CAN COUNT ON WHEN IM HAVING ISSUES. THANK YOU DR. KAHN! Xo

The staff is very pleasant and Dr. Khan is very good with a needle I've been getting epidurals and shots in my foot and lower back for about 4 years now, he is very good and I would never go to another place
