Very professional staff and excellent service. I called before arrival regarding a ruptured abcess in my new rescue cat. Upon arrival, the already knew his name, took him back, and gave a pain med. The waiting room was packed on a Friday evening so they called in more doctors. I think there were 4-5 doctors treating patients. Although my cat was not seen for several hours, I saw and heard the Vets talked with pet owners in the waiting area, giving instructions etc.post treatment and they were very caring and professional. It was finally my cat's turn and the Vet met my husband and I in a private room to discuss the course of action and ask our permission. She was smart, polite, professional, and caring. My cat's wound was debrided and given a dose of IV antibiotics, and oral antibiotics and pain med to take home and give with instructions. Withing 24hrs my cat was doing SO MUCH better. I had follow up appt.on MOnday and a nearby vet which luckily provided laser treatments over 6 days which worked miraculously! I LOVE LASER treatment. The Emergency clinic called the next day to make sure all was well with my cat. I would definitely go back to this Emergency Clinic with so many great reviews again as needed. Thank you!

We had an unusually long wait. Xrays should have been shown & reviewed with us by the Dr.

Your prices are extremely high. Had to go into debt to meet your exhorbitant prices.

This place is awesome, if you ever need the BEST veterinary service for your beloved fuzzy child, this is the place to come. Thank you Dr. Boshaven and Dr. Quinn for giving me more time with my other half (my service dog Inge’) Hugs from me and kisses from her.

My dog ate a bunch of grapes, and AVECC took him in immediately to induce vomiting. Highly professional staff, very clean facility, and triage was quick.

I live in San Tan Valley so I am hopeful AVECC will open a facility out here in the East Valley soon. We really need an emergency vet hospital!

Absolutely awesome. My primary vet sent us there. I will always use in an emergency or when my vet is closed. Cared for my best friend like it was there own from beginning to end.

I Took my baby in because she was bloated, once i arrived they immediately took Blanca Shante back. The staff was all very kind and understanding, and they explained everything in detail. I am very thankful for them all.

AVECCC is the best! You won't find better emergency care for your pet. Their quick action saved our precious dog's life. The entire staff was so thoughtful and caring when we brought our dog in and they kept us informed as to how he was doing so we weren't just waiting and worrying. Can't thank them enough for their skill and professionalism. Highly recommend!

One of the best traumatic experiences. Our pup had to have a major orthopedic surgery (3 plates and 13 screws) and they were amazing. Made leaving her over night easy. Over protective pet parent here.and they allowed me to call through the night to check on her. Never once were impatient or sounded like I was being a pain.they all treat her like their own when we have come back for dressing changes and everyone comes to see her every time we come in to get some Princess Leia love ️

Wonderful experience with the staff and Doctor! I was very impressed with the quality of care and the caring staff who make your sick pets their priority the moment you walk in the door. Nurses Triage immediately and obviously the most sick or injured pets take priority! I was very happy with my sweet LuLu’s care. Hopefully I won’t need an emergency Vet again. But, if I do I will be coming here. I would 100% recommend to my friends!

They were so kind and understanding to me.i was having a hard night and they explained everything to me very kindly, even though they were very busy they were very organized, calm and understanding.

Beyond impressed with the staff. The ladies up front were very helpful and prompt. They treated each person that walked in with the same urgency. The vent tech was kind and informative. I highly recommend them. The vet was kind. Realistically for being an ER 24 hour vet they are reasonably priced.

We had about an hour wait on a Saturday afternoon. They helped by clean ing a surgical wound that got infected on our dog and then put on a honey dressing and wrapped the tail very well and the dog was not able to take it off. Also put her on antibiotics and gave her an anti-anxiety med to calm her down per my request as she had already previously pulled out all the sutures and then some staples placed by our vet. Very professional staff and vet. Made us feel so much better about things.

This clinic has an amazing climate of professionalism, care for the owners and a genuine concern for the patients they treat. Reasonable prices and they don’t try to upsell you. I would Highly recommend AVECCC.

Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care are absolutely amazing! They delivered my French bulldogs puppies. Mom and all 6 babies made it home safe and happy! Tomi was the BIGGEST help of them all! She made us feel so welcome and treated us and our dog like family! I highly recommend them!

Very busy place the night I needed help. They were great with my pup who hurt his leg or may have been stung by a scorpion. Never really figured it out. They did X-Rays and did an initial read and said I would get a call after they were professionally read but that never happened. I just assumed they were clear because I never had any follow up from them at all. I appreciate that they were there and treated him great. Thank you.

I have been to this vet 2 times before. I called concerned about my pet and in my state of panic and concern I wasn’t explaining things the way I should’ve. I can take the blame for that.
But the receptionist way way out of line, rude and disrespectful and I can guarantee I will be telling people to go elsewhere unless they want to be made to feel a complete idiot and someone who doesn’t care about animals.
