This place is awesome! Our dog got out last night and someone turned her in here where they cared for her until we tracked her down. And they didn't charge us a penny to get her back. What an amazing service and the kindest people ever!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience here. My dog has been in and out for the last few days. I’m out of town and my husband is home dealing with this. All of the staff has been so good at communicating with me over the phone and arranging payments. I can’t express how appreciative I am to everyone at AVECC.

They were very prompt in getting us signed in and my dog triaged. They were caring and understanding of how I felt, and didn't try to push their opinion or treatment recommendations on me that I wasn't ready to do. The doctor followed up with me the next day and was very patient in answering my questions.

We were referred her by our vet. Predatory Pricing! Take advantage while you have a sick pet. Research your options - there are other facilities which provide SAME CARE at more than HALF the price. The staff is nice and very well trained at overcoming cost/$$objections - because they are used to getting questions. This place is predatory and will NOT tell you other treatment options. When they call it is ALWAYS ALWAYS about the money FIRST!

I would love the thank all the staff of this place. They were all very professional. My dog whiskie came down with parvo and got very sick. He has made a full recovery and is back to his oldself again. Thank you so much.

We had a very bad experience with this supposed vet clinic. I would likely call them a used car business. We took our elderly dog in to them early in the morning on a Sunday and she was clearly on deaths door. Initially it seems were going well as they carried from the car to the vet in the back. After completion of the forms a clerk or tech came up to the counter and said your dog needs pain meds and IV hydration. I refused to speak with her and insisted speaking with the Vet. We went back and she basically stated many issues could be wrong and would need diagnostics and many procedures. My dear dog was bleeding out and you could tell because of the blood loss and her presentation. This vet did not give the risk and benefit of heroics. Rather made us to feel that we were just giving up. Mind you I will never let a dog suffer. She than said " so let me understand you would rather look at euthanasia? Then the ancillary staff came in and asked about being with her as she died and if we wanted to buy an earn that was extra charges and then they said we would receive a complimentary paw print. We chose the paw print and frankly we were tired and felt overwhelmed. We chose to come back for the paw print. We returned four days later and "oops" they lost our deceased pets paw prints. The tech said she could probably recover from the Euthanasia clinic. They will call us. It has now been 5 days later and we have never received a call. This place is just into making money and I believe they prey on people who are vulnerable and hurting. Drive to Phoenix if you need overnight or after hour help.

Only good think is they are open 24 hrs. I felt like they didn't do anything benifical for my dog who was attacked by a coyote. They wanted to keep her there for $1500 a day and when I said I couldn't pay that I was made to feel terrible. They didn't offer to work with me on a payment plan or anything. I just feel like they didn't care when the money stopped coming in they didn't care.

I came in around late February because my dog was bleed and vomiting. I was asked questions and my dog was looked at immediately. The ladies up front were so sweet and kind to me and my wife and they made me feel more comfortable having my dog there. They took her in and had her examined, she was scared but she let them do work on her without me there and that’s very rare. They kept complimenting how cute she is and they genuinely cared about how she was doing. She made a full recovery because of this place and I can’t thank them enough. Yes, it’s pricey but any place is when it comes to this stuff and it’s worth it. We get to see our girl be herself again and it’s all because of them. Thank you guys! Mufasa “MoMo” Gonzales is doing amazing and I’m so grateful.

Professional and Caring. I took my crazy boxer in because she wasn't acting crazy so I thought something was wrong. When I got there she was as crazy as ever. She is just a very high strung 18 month old pup. They were understanding and very professional. You could also tell they loved the animals. Even if they were (like mine) acting the fool.

Horrible place. I will never go to them again. The second I walked in with my dog in distress, they asked for 425. Then I was worried about the money I had to spend so they took me in a room. Wanted me to get the care credit card and then proceeded to give me an estimate of $2100 to treat my dog. I said no, had to barter with them, got my dog home who is going to be fine and had eaten vitamins. This place wanted $2100 instantly from me unnecessarily. I saw them doing this to everyone. They also want it before they do a thing or tell you what’s going on, level of criticality, etc. Awful. Money grubbing and preying on scared people and pets.

I took my dog here tonight because he was acting weird and we think he got stung by a scorpion. I arrived around 7: 15pm and there was only one other family in the waiting room. Got all checked in and immediately was seen by the nurse, she brought me a muzzle and took my dog back to check vitals. I then sat in the waiting area till 8: 30 until there was a room for me and my pet available. I was told the doctor would be right in followed by a vet technician. I sat in the room and waited an hour an was never seen by the doctor. I asked twice and nothing. I got up and walked out. I am very disappointed in the service I got on 4/3/18. Would strongly not recommend this facility

They were so compassionate. That's the most prominent thing I can say when describing them. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the best reasons, and didn't know if I was going to leave the hospital with my kitty or not. Thanks to the numerous people who looked at him, and the speediness of their actions, he pulled through and with 2 months of outpatient care he's now back to his normal self. I was a wreck when I was in there, but I want to tell all the staff there how great they were and how they really made me feel like we were in good hands. It was expensive, but all medical expenses in an emergency case are! I don't regret taking my boy to them when I really needed help.

I wish I could write this review under better circumstances, but I brought in my cat on a Saturday morning as he was suddenly in an immense amount of pain and couldn’t stand. I called the office before I left the house, so that they were able to prepare for his emergency. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing they could do to save him, and we had to put him to sleep. They were so prompt with his care, and very compassionate about the situation. Since he had displayed no previous signs of illness, and was bleeding internally, they offered to perform a necropsy for us at no charge so that we could have some answers. They gave us his paw prints; it was so sweet and will be something that I cherish the rest of my life. I would absolutely recommend them for emergency situations, and honestly hope I never have to use them again, but they will be my go to if I do. Thank you for trying to save my sweet Charlie Bird, and helping us to make the best decision for him.

Fast, efficient, fair price. Outstanding bedside manner. Personable and empathetic front desk staff. Highly knowledgeable veterinarian. Did not overcharge or do excessive test and treatments just to charge an arm and a leg like a lot of vets in surrounding area. Exceeded our families expectations in the time of a very stressful situation. Would highly recommend.

There's never a happy reason to have to take your pet to an emergency vet, but if you do have to then I can't recommend this place highly enough. They gave my cat immediate triage, I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes and they asked me before performing any treatment.
The doctor was open and honest about my pets condition, which was not good, and did not pressure me into invasive tests and surgery. We decided to let her go and this place did everything possible to ease how difficult that was.
They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and offered us an imprint of her feet as a keepsake. They even came and took my payment info early so that we didn't have to worry about it on the way out. They really put thought into how to treat people during a very hard time.
Everyone here was kind and gave us amazing service, and I will definitely be back if something ever happens with my other pets.

Within the past month Ive had two kitties become very ill. Being new to the area, It was a risk to go where I'd never been. The entire staff at Arizona Veterinary Clinic was supportive, sincerely empathic and could not have been any kinder. Each time there was nothing that could be done to ensure my beloved kitties any quality of life. I Pray I do not have to Make any Trips back to the vet hospital in the near future, but I am so thankful for the way in which they did everything possible To help me through, What was for me, a most devastating experience.
