Worked with Nora she was great, friendly and very efficient. She kept aware of the progress and that means a lot.
Loaner vehicle was made available and went smooth as silk.

I purchased a "NEW"2020 Escalade from arrowhead Cadillac. I came from Las Vegas because my wife had been rear ended at high speed and it totaled our Vehicle and I had hurry and purchase a new vehicle before leaving out of state for work for 4 months. I chose the escalade because I knew it would be a safe car for her after suffering severe injury's from the accident. It has not been a very good buying experience buying from Arrowhead. I rented a car and drove 5 1/2 hours after talking to the salesman and going over the vehicle. I wanted it to be a special purchase for my wife after her accident and she loved the white with the Kona interior and that dealership was the closest one to us that had those colors. When I arrived I find out the car had 3115 miles on it, not what I was expecting on how the vehicle was being advertised. BEWARE, never being titled does not make it New! Under the lighting and the fact that I was in rush because it was getting late and the car rental was closing I had to get the rental car back. I did not notice the front end damage (previously repaired crease front right with dirt under the paint) I trusted the people I was working with, that was my first mistake. A new vehicle you shouldn't have to look at with a fine tooth comb. But what was obvious was the damage on the bumper. I asked the salesman if they would fix that. Response was "no problem! " I thought they had someone that specializes on touch ups. Estaban Albarran finance manager at Arrowhead said with the warranty you purchased (they said they would refund and never did) they will fix the damage on the bumper because I noticed that the salesman was going out touch up the bumper with a paint pen. Estaban said have the professionals handle it and they will come to your residence to fix it, just give it 2 weeks from that day to call them. We waited the 2 weeks and called zaktek warranty company as instructed by the finance department and they said that they will not fix it and that it was fraud for the dealership to tell us to do that. Eric the manager from arrowhead had already agreed to pay for the front end damage and after my wife called the auto group after no reply's from the dealership and they connected her with Robyn who had said they would pay for the bumper repair. They lied. They waited until the day my wife went to pick up the vehicle from the repair shop and sent her an email saying they already paid enough to fix all of the damage to the car "false"and never once return any of the body shops emails. This does not even include the chips of paint under the clear coat. There was a lot of deception and fraud working with the people at Arrowhead Cadillac.
My wife has been dealing with GM on this issue the entire time, today they told me there is nothing they can do for us and that I would have to deal with the dealership directly, 5 1/2 HOURS AWAY, who would not return our phone calls. Worst car buying experience ever. All of this for a $800.00 repair, shameful! After 8 years of loyal commitment, the worst experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Poor communication, deception, passing the buck, overall lack of concern. I will never return to this location or refer anyone either. BewareI wont name anyone specific, but you know who you are N.

I just leased a new Cadillac XT5 at Arrowhead. The expert was the best I have ever had leasing or buying a car. Barbara the sales associate and Martha the finance manager were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The car is beautiful and delivered with no issues. I definitely would highly recommend this great dealership and it's personnel!

Mike made the buying process so easy. We did everything over the phone/email and when we arrived at the dealer the finance department was ready for us and we were in and out quick.

My brother has a used Cadillac and has been driving it for a year or more. He took it into this dealership thinking it was the best decision because they would know more and do a better job. He paid $1200 to be told they couldn't fix the problem and they didn't give him a refund. Janky dealership, beware.
Make sure to read previous posts from Caprice Score (1yr ago) and Chris Hicks (3yrs ago). Next I plan to file a complaint with BBB.

So far so good. They run a clean operation. I was helped by Clint Ted, Barbra and Chris. Transaction went fast and I drove my new/used vehicle home shortly after. They have since helped with my vehicle return and logistics.
One of the best vehicle transactions I've had, and I've had many. Thanks all.

After getting an email invitation from GM of Arrowhead Cadillac, Mr. Zimmerman, I did a great deal of research. I found the 2018 XT5 I want. Went in and got the deal in less than an hour.
To my knowledge, this is the biggest Cadillac dealership in the west. It really is. The sales, Calton, and the whole team are so nice. I am very happy to get my new Cadi from this place.

If you want a dealership that will not call you names, berate you, or if you want a dealership that will help you and treat you like a respectable human being, do not go to this dealership! One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Be aware that this place will ruin your "Cadillac experience". I recently bought a Cadillac from here and ended up bringing the car in for service only to be told they could not get me approved for the deal I signed. The finance lady (Barbara M.) gave me this snobbish response as to why I was not approved- Our average Cadillac buyer has a 850 credit score so we were basing your approval on that. I told them what my score was before I even came in. They ran my credit before I signed a contract so they knew what my score was. Just a bs response to pull a bait and switch! Beware! UPDATE- I called the number that is listed here as a response and I have not heard anything. It has been a couple of weeks at least. This response from the owner is just an attempt to make it look like they care.

As always I was treated with friendly and courteous people at the Cadillac dealership. This is my first experience owning a Cadillac and it is a pleasure to do business. Their promises are real and love my vehicle. They were able to get the door dent from another car that was right on the crease of my vehicle. You would not even know it was ever there. I will 100% consider my next vehicle to be a Cadillac.

Arrowhead Cadillac is an amazing dealership. We were traveling through the area when our SRX developed a slight problem. We brought it to Arrowhead were Bill our Service Advisor quickly took all the info he needed, ordered our part and basically called us the next day to come in for the repair. Bill directed us to the service lounge area and while we were there Bill noticed we were due for our Factory supplied service and took care of it while we waited. We were in and out in less just a little over an hour including a free car wash! Excellent service all around. We will be sure to go out of our way to do our business here in the future!

Unfortunately I was not able to buy my Escalade from Arrowhead because after a week and a half of missed appointments and a salesman that didn't know what he was doing I got tired of it and went to another dealership. Recently I needed to have a problem fixed that the other dealership couldn't fix and what a difference! When I arrived on the service drive it was clean and inviting. The staff was professional and accommodating. Marshall took the time to understand my concerns and I felt comfortable they would get the problems solved. I drive a new Escalade and they made it a point to put me in a loaner escalade. When my car was finished they let me know the problems were fixed and my car was cleaned up and ready to go. When we arrived to pick it up, again we were greeted professionally and even offer cold drinks and lunch! My car is fixed and I am very happy with the service they provided. Marshall made sure everything went well, thanks Marshall!

I've purchased a CTS-V from them and had to purchase a part a couple years later. I found that part on Ebay. They have it listed for $149.29, but tell me if I pick it up locally, they are going to charge me AN EXTRA $50. They don't have to ship it, they don't have to do anything, but bring it to the counter.

I'll go elsewhere if this is your policy. I run an internet business and there's no justification for this type of "fee". It's complete BS. You just lost a customer.

We have bought two Cadillacs from arrowhead.
If you are contacted by them for solicitation of a sale or trade in, do not expect the sales staff to be honest, or to even care enough to keep an appointment with a long standing Customer.
We have an exteremely busy professional life, our spare time is precious, arriving for a confirmed appointment with a dedicated sales representative and encountering a NO SHOW, being assigned a different salesman who HAD NO IDEA WHY WE WERE THERE, is not acceptable.
After returning home, we received a call from The " new general manager" with more excuses and lies to cover up his own shortcomings.
Goodbye Arrowhead Cadillac, love the way

This was a very nice dealership not pushy at all tried working with us to make the deal happen but unfortunately we just couldn't come to an agreement they went out of their way to bring a vehicle from another lot to assist us and in the future I definitely would look into purchasing a vehicle from this place. Our sales rep was very understanding and not too pushy besides when we push them.
