27 Fantastic service as always! I do however question Cadillac's design in electronics, three batteries in two years I've lost faith in it's reliability
and going to far away and being stranded.

Marshall provides the best customer service I have ever received. I will never go to anyone else. Great hire! Do not transfer him or ever let him go. Plus the GM warranty rocks! When they say “bumper to bumper, ” they mean it. They have fixed my speakers, center screen for my radio, buttons on my steering wheel; all covered. And this dealership always provides a beautiful car to drive while they fix my vehicle.
From the moment I walked in with the problem I was having with my Escalade, I felt I was dealing with a very knowledgeable service representative.
