COVID - CAUTION FROM THIS LOCATION!

Be warned: Doctor Johnathon Swierski just told my covid positive wife (paraphrasing), "The news is overhyping it. It's barely worse than a normal cold. My kid still goes to jujitsu still and I still take my wife out for dinner. " And then told us it should be fine if the covid negative people in the house (me and our 2 kids) are around the covid positive person.

So, uh, avoid this location I guess unless you want to let a doctors personal politics influence your and your families care.

Staff is friendly enough but referrals and the time it takes to hear back from the doctor are a joke. It took a month of calling into the office to get my husband's referral and its now been several months of waiting for a call to go over results. Super disappointed.

No communication between staff and patients. Takes multiple phone calls and messages to just get test results. Would not recommend if you have ongoing health issues that need diagnosed or treated.

Bad experience. Billing department is very poor managed. I am not confident. Will be looking for another provider! Looking at the reviews there is a pattern and the words are similar i am questioning my self how legit are they!

Anthony and all the staff were great, everyone was very nice, considerate and wanting the best for patients. Love coming here!

The doctors and staff at Arrowhead Health are all very professional and knowledgeable. I have been especially impressed with the capability and excellence of care received from Anthony Nelson and Dr. West and their staffs. They have guided me through several life threatening experiences and helped me and my wife to enjoy relatively good health in our senior years. I would strongly recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Horrible customer service. So far I have waited 5 days for the doctor to refill a prescription and everyone on the phone has been helpless. Would highly recommend you try somewhere else. They just don’t care at this facility

Came in for the annual physical, and only had a short wait. Doctor visit was brief, but thorough. Cost was nothing, because I am taking advantage of controlling my own health. Nice building, but a little too commercial. No 'pretty' things. Just business.

This place only cares about money. Having you come in fir separate visits so the can get copays for stuff that should have been taken care of in one visit. Also making come in and pay co pays for paperwork they already filled out once before.really disappointed. This place is false advertising.

Careless provides, staff rude I always wait over 1 hour to see doctor, I messaged managers twice emailed them they never called me back.

All's I can say is that I will never return back there I will go to the emergency room first I will get the same kind of help as if I went there the lack of information and information that I already knew before I went there.

Very helpful, takes time to answer any questions you have concerns about. Nice and friendly staff. I never had to wait more than 10mins to be seen

Anthony Nelson and his staff at the Arrowhead Health Centers are very professional and very good at what they do. Everyone is so nice and friendly. If after a test Drive. Nelson will call you and tell you your results and explain what is going on with you. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you want a doctor who is good, just call Arrowhead and ask for an appointment there. Everyone is great doctors and nurses. Thanks

I love this place the chiropractic care is great, best day to come is tuesday! The doctor they have on tuesdays is amazing!

Went in for Sinus Infection & extreme fatigue a few days before Christmas. PA quickly decided what I had was “Viral” and was told to go home and rest. DIDN’T EVEN TAKE MY TEMP! I decided immediately to find another provider. Not only did I have a Sinus Infection, (temp: 101) I had the flu on top of that! If I knew they didn't turn over the bill to collections so quickly I would refuse to pay for such inadequate service!

I love it here and sad to say that I will be departing. The staff is great. Gracie, Cheryl, Juan, Cucitrone, Byrnes, Sarah, and Lamingo. My kids and I have gained a second family here and we love you guys so much - from Jasmin, Justin, and Jayce:)

The nursing staff and doctors provide a friendly and warn atmosphere. They help by answering questions and are most caring. Dr Shah and staff are to be commended for excellence in treatments and taking care of a very anxious person (me) kindly and patiently. They deserve the new facility which will be much nicer.

Awesome staff. Always friendly and helpful. I miss the magazines though I've never had to wait past my appointment time.

Absolutely terrible. I have been coming here since I was a teenager. I’ve never really had to get any prescriptions or see a doctor to much. They have been telling me I need to be put on blood pressure meds for about a year. Almost every test I’ve had done, I’ve had to call them for my results. I finally gave in and allowed them to put me on meds. After two weeks, I got blood drawn to make sure the medication wasn’t causing other issues. I was told that it wasn’t and I was ok to continue taking them. My pharmacy has sent in 3 requests for a refill and I’ve personally called the office 4 times. The last time I called and started explaining the situation I was rudely cut off. Then she told me that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. This morning I got a call from my pharmacist that my refill had been denied by the doctor. Blood pressure meds are extremely dangerous to come off of cold turkey. Doctor gave no explanation or even a phone call. I was actually told the opposite that they had been sent. I only have 1 pill left for tonight. I will be going in the office and speaking to a supervisor first thing tomorrow. Also, will be switching offices immediately.

This has been my "family medical cemter" since 2005. I first started going here after i was in need of a chiropractor and when I found out they also had a family practice as well I switched over. I have stayed as a loyal patient with them regardless of insurance changes over the years. Even though some of my favorite doctors have come and gone I have stayed, due to the friendly customer service. Everyone at the reception areas know my name, even scheduling knows who I am, and some of the medical assistants and providers know me very well also. I really enjoy having that environment, being greeted by name when I walk in the door. It feels like a home away from home (even though its a doctor''s office which for most people it is never fun to have to go to under the circumstances, but I don't mind, because of the way I am treated.)
