Arrowhead Health Centers, Glendale AZ

Every time I go here I'm empressed more than the time before! I went in last week expecting I would get a referral and have to wait weeks to get relief. I was wrong, Anthony Nelson, really took his time to find the problem and actually offered treatment same day. It was almost instant relief to my pain and continued healing since. Thank you so much arrowhead health and more specifically, Anthony, for always talking such good care of me! !

I love this practice, they're so coordinated, and wait times are short.
I've liked all the doctors and PA's I've seen there. The staff is very
friendly and professional. This practice gets 5 stars from me.

Every time I go in the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The nurses/MAs are wonderful and Kendra Scott NP is very thorough.

Dr and ma were pleasant people.walked out after 50 minute wait to have blood drawn.prescriptions were not sent to pharmacy.had horrible experience with dr in scottsdale location six months earlier

If I could post with a lower star I would. Terrible bookkeeping. Terrible continuity of care, terrible attitudes. Medical record keeping a joke. I go elsewhere now and am finally getting answers on what is making me so sick.they can't seem to keep doctors. Rarely will you see the same doc. Or p.a. What a mess. My husband and I are glad to be elsewhere. And feeling better now. Although it is possible if properly diagnosed earlier it would have been an easier fix,

What a doctor's office should be like. I'm always seen within a few minutes of my appointment. Reception team is warm and polite. Medical staff do a great job.

Anthony Nelson is amazing! He takes care of our issues in such a timely manner. Has great bedside manner and is great with our whole family.

Terriable dont go here i had a kidney stone that never gave me the reaults of the ultrasound they ordered and i had to go to urgent care over the weekend cuz i was still in pain and urgent care had to call to get results fyi arrowhead never called to follow up they really don't care your just a another dollar to them No STARS FOR ARROW HEAD HEALTH

Had blood drawn (terrified of needles) it was easy and relatively painless.personnel was friendly, efficient and soothing to frazzled nerves.will make sure to go there if I need anything regarding needles.
