29First, the salesperson ordered the wrong table, which I went to the warehouse to pickup (supposedly very close to the Scottsdale store, which it was not). I told the salesperson that he ordered the wrong table. He said it would be 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called to see about my table and it had not been ordered. They scrambled around and found one. At this point, I had to go back to the warehouse to exchange. When I got it home, there was a gap in the door frame. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. My entire experience was terrible. The only redeeming feature was the great staff at the warehouse.
Not satisfied with conduct of store.not only did they not have my bedroom set available and waited a month for delivery they failed to contact me before the day of delivery to notify me that it will be an additional three weeks before I can get my items.and who knows if that will even happen by the sounds of customer service person THAT I HAD TO CONTACT they are not showing most of items in stock.
We received a dresser that was delivered broken in November and have called them several times. It’s Now February and we still have no replacement!
Very disappointing
Don't buy from Ashley Homestore. Their service is slow, even considering delays related to Covid-19. Their customer services is terrible. The had no sympathy or concern when I told them of my dissatisfaction with the my unhappiness with their products. Their help is also extremely rude.
Just went in to look at couches Patrick was pushy and insisted we get put into the system even tho I repeatedly said we didn't want to we were just looking he tried to bs us on sales and that he was giving us a "free" sofa but the cost of one was gonna be $2.000 and the 2nd would be "free" even tho it was priced at only $800 for one and the whole set was $2.000 and the sale was have off he was trying way to hard to make a sale he made us feel uncomfortable and we were so annoyed most likely will just go to mor furniture for less already have a sectional from mor and is still in great condition.patrick u wont make a sale being annoying and pushy and reading the reviews glad I made up my mind to not purchase from this store
I probably bought more then I should've here, but they have CUTE stuff! The bedroom collections are awesome! They have huge touch screens to show you everything in store and in the warehouse.
Manny was cool and I made him work, lol! He was extremely helpful.
The only negative is that is was freezing in the store and I almost left the second I walked in. Brrrrr!
I cant wait until my order gets delivered and will update my review if needed!
Our salesman Manny was excellent! Mannu got us the sweetest deals on a sectional and mattress. We will be back for another bed set.
Chair i bought could not be plugged in.the box was gone.i have to wait till chair gets to my house to see if i like it.kind of messed up to do business like that.there was no plug in available.
Dropped $2000 on furniture after being roped back into the store after they called me to come back in because I had walked out for various reasons. They talked me off the ledge, sold me like they’re trained to and guess what? Didn’t deliver. LITERALLY. Still don’t have my furniture going on 6 weeks now and 2 more weeks of waiting evidently. Management won’t talk to me or call me back? Extremely disappointed. Al and Catherine are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.
Great experience! Knowledgeable and friendly sales people, helpful management, and good quality furniture. Quick to get in and out too.

My wife and I have used Ashley’s for nearly all our furniture for our last 3 homes
We were told on the phone that you had one in store for pick up. We drove all the way over there to the store to find out you didnt have one in stock. That we still had to pay a delivery fee which we were trying to avoid
You all need to make sure it is in stock at store before you have a customer drive all the way over from across town. Plus you didnt even offer a discount for all our troubles
Very disappointed with the way we were treated at this location. We purchased furniture during their half-off sale. Waited 9 days to have the furniture delivered then received wrong item. Went into the store the next day to correct the item and expected the delivery the following week. Five days later we are told that item won't be available for 6 to 8 weeks. Their solution? To tell us, "Sorry. "
Johnathan was great today. He was super friendly and easy to work with. He tried to be even more accommodating by asking his boss if he could honor our request for a Saturday delivery. Thanks for your help today Johnathan and I’ll see you soon!

We were greeted by Eric S as soon as we walked in the store. He led us to the area of the store which contained the item we were looking for and allowed us the opportunity to browse on our own without any sales pressure. He worked with us to get the cost down so that we could afford buying 2 items instead of just one. This will be the first store I visit in the future for my furniture needs.
Terrible experience. Purchased a very small night stand (14" wide). The store itself had several on hand ASSEMBLED. Told i couldn't buy any of the one's on-site and if i wanted to get one I had to pick it up at the warehouse "close buy. " Turns out "close by" is defined as anything less than 50 miles. Asked if the item was assembled. Was assured it was. It wasn't. Won't ever buy anything there again!
I have been to this store before. There have been a few mistakes before which they corrected and our experience this time is really great. We were taken care really well by Johnantan the sales guy, Al his manager and Josh who looked up our history. Really happy.
Bob has taken great care of us on multiple occasions. Always working to save us money which I appreciate.
Manny, our salesperson was fantastic. I’ve spent a fair amount of time in furniture stores and Manny was my favorite salesperson ever. He wasn’t pushy and gave us the right amount of space. He was also near when we had questions. He was knowledgeable and personable. He is a furniture stores dream salesperson as I didn’t want to leave without buying something from him. I left happy with our purchase and I look forward to receiving our new sectional tomorrow.
