Sales people are nice but it always amazes me how long it takes, questions asked and paperwork required to buy a bed pullow. Definitely need a better system.

Matt was super helpful and nice today when we needed help getting a recliner for our house. He was super respectful and knowledgeable! The manager was very nice as well!

My experience couldn’t have been better. Bernadette (Scottsdale) met me at the door and took me to the two areas I was interested in. She was so helpful in accommodating my specifications in materials and price that I found what I wanted in fifteen minutes (area rug and dresser). I’ll be back for a couch. This was my first experience with Ashley and it was great.

Roger sold my wife and I our brand new furniture set for our bedroom. He was knowledgeable and really listened to our needs and addressed them. He had a great demeanor, not the typical sales "sleeze". The store manager has a great personality too, both are very down to earth. I highly recommend them for any room of the house, you won't go wrong here with Roger.

There was no sense of urgency what so ever. No one even acknowledged our presence.
Lack of authority in management or just flat out disrespect. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from anyone with such lack of detail. I wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option.

Wonderful store! Everyone that helped us were so kind and helpful. We furnished our whole new house in one shopping trip. We had lost everything we owned in a forest fire. Beautiful furniture. Very happy with our experience with Ashley. Highly recomnend!

Ordered numerous things from this Ashley’s. Problems with everything that came. Tv cabinet doors don’t work right, multiple things delayed and delivery time changed multiple times. Box spring broke within 2 weeks of having it, can’t return it. People there were nothing but rude besides sales associate Melissa. Would not recommend this store to anyone in the future

Good experience. Immediate assistance that was insightful but low pressure. Strong selection, msrp is a little high but sale price was on point.
