I would rate them a no star for their customer service.
They sell you the product but I’d something happens to your furniture, they pass the buck around
No call backs after they say some one will call you within 24 hours BS
I have to chase these people to come and service my 6 month old 7K bed that broke down and no one at this store gives a damn
Now today I get a call from
A customer service specialist that says that I have to call the manufacturer myself as they are not responsible for what they sell
Again, what a crock of s@&$
I call the manager number and no answer I call the store and it sound busy just busy
This place is terrible, do not shop here it’s all BS
I am planning legal action on these clowns!

The store is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the prices are ridiculously high. Several competitors around the phoenix area sell Ashley Furniture, and often times the exact same pieces as the Ashley Home Store for much less. In some cases more than a $100 less. Why in the world would I pay more, when I can can get the exact same pieces by Ashley for less somewhere else?

Surprisingly nobody greeted me when I came inside. The store was very cramped and felt cluttered with too much furniture. I left and went to Living Spaces across the street and bought from there.

In summary, the Chaise Couch has a in store sticker price of $2699.99. The same sign also in bold letters shows- on sale "$1999.99. " Thankfully I had already checked online store pricing and noticed that the price was $1000.00 as listed on ashleyfurniture.com The sales rep came back to me only to say the best price he could do was $1999.99 at 6 years no interest. After showing the sales rep the price for the couch online per my cell phone, he quickly went back to his store manager and returned immediately agreeing to match the price.

This experience is reminiscent of going to a car dealer.

First off I never in my life wrote a bad review for a business. I never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I bought a queen bed with the headboard, footboard and rails, a dresser with a mirror, twin bed for my daughter with a bookshelf headboard and a sectional for my living room. Everything but my bed came damaged. They sent the mirror back the same day because it was cracked. I exchanged the sectional for a sofa and love seat. They sent a tech to try to "fix" my dresser and my daughters bed. All they did was fill it in with a marker and spray painted over it. Within two hours the paint dried and it started cracking. Looked worse than before! I called and complained it took over 3 weeks for them to approve an exchange after sending pictures. When the sofa and love seat came the love seat was ripped. I sent it back with the delivery drivers, went to the store and just got a credit. I got a queen mattress and you guessed it! It came with stains and pulled strings all over the place. Disgusting! You call the store and they say I have to call customer service. You call customer service and they blame everything on the store. They are so rude and unprofessional. When you call and ask to speak with a manager you can never get him/her. When I finally got them to exchange everything only half the delivery came when I specifically asked if it can all come together. My new mattress was getting delivered today. The drivers came looked at my mattress walked out, came back and said that their dispatcher told them not to take it because it has stains on it. Well obviously! That's why I wanted it to go back. I called the store furious asked to speak to a manager and once again no manager got on the phone. They gave me the number to cooperate as at this point I want all my furniture taken back and my money back. I was on hold with corporate for 30 minutes when someone else from Ashley called. They told me they can't take a mattress back with stains on it. I told them that was the whole point of me exchanging the mattress because of the stains. They weren't aware of the stains and have no record of it. No communication at all! If I can give this review negative stars I would. You're better off going to a unknown furniture place.

These people are not easy to work with.

Went to a couple of places and bought from Ashleys and saved 50%. The selection was better for what we wanted, Thank you to our sales guy.no pressure at all. We took our time and got what we needed.we saved $1400.00. Thank you.

I've been shopping here for years. I regret ever walking in there again. Horrible product delivered. They offered even exchange for an inferior product. After MULTIPLE phone calls, even though my paperwork says I can obtain a refund if i contact them within 3 days, They refuse. Talked to rudely more than once. They simply do not care about decent customer service. So disappointed and frustrated with Ashleys. Once you buy something, there's no turning back!

Ever since they were bought 2 yrs ago, their furniture and employees have gone way downhill. If you want great customer service, go across the street to Living Spaces, fair prices or try American Home Furniture located off the 101 by Westgate. Either place is a much better option than Ashley. I wouldn't be surprised if Ashley is out of business or filing bankruptcy within the next year, parking lot is always empty also.

My wife and I went in to look at couches, we ended up finding one we both loved and the price was great. All this was well and good however, our trip and ultimate purchase was made complete by the fact that our sales person Victoria was absolutely helpful without being pushy or anything.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! They sold me a defective furniture piece that completely lost shape, support, and integrity within 2 weeks. Floor model was not exactly the same as what they delivered. Does not honor returns even when they provide you with faulty furniture. Be wary of a furniture store that does not offer returns. If their product was any good they wouldn't have to do that. Go buy from Costco instead, they stand by their product and accept returns.

Friendly staff. The staff was very helpful;the guy that helped me, I believe his name was nikko, was very helpful and friendly. I love the sale that was going on!

It was a great experience shopping at Ashley. We found the furniture we needed, great quality and easy to order. I will definitely be shopping there again.

They have Outstanding service! Incredibly friendly and professional staff who welcomed us the moment we entered the store and immediately helped us find the mattress we needed at an amazing price. This store has an amazing selection of home furnishings elements and we will definitely be returning for future purchases for our home. And, Melissa! She was amazing!
