26I have gotten all my large furniture in my home at this location.this last experience has not been the best, to say the least. I specifically went in needed furniture delivered by the 26th.the representative and I originally picked out one piece and I was obsessed with but it couldnt be delivered until the 27th. I turned that one down and went with another piece I wasn't even obsessed with.as we are doing this paperwork my toddler starts to throw a tantrum.and one of your employees approaches my child, not me with opened candy in her palm and tries handing it to my daughter.completely unacceptable. I told the store manager at the time and he apologized and said hr will talk to her.let it go and then ordered the furniture.which was all suppose to be delivered today July 23rd. I get a text message Saturday saying that the furniture wont be here until the 29th.not a call.a text. I called and waited on hold for 45 mins and the representative that picked up the phone was so rude.she was apologetic or sympathetic. I understand there are backorder delays that are out of the company hands but it's the way it was handled that irritated me.on top of that.i NEEDED the furniture by the 26th.so we worked out getting my daughter bed delivered on the 24th and everything else on the 29th.then yesterday I get ANOTHER text that they tried calling me and because I didnt answer they will delay my delivery for tomorrow.which is odd because I didnt get any missed call. I honestly believe that a representative just documented that they called me but really didnt because now I have zero trust in your employees. I waited on hold for another lovely 45 mins to tell the staff to deliver it on time because no one called me.that isnt even the only problem.i recently had some damages to some of my previous furniture purchased. I got the insurance and within the 2 days of the damage happening I reported it.sent pictures to the customer service desk and the insurance company.the insurance company said even tho I followed the terms and conditions, they wont fix it for me.which is completely unfair. I want that money I paid for the insurance to cover me. I also sent it to your customer service and they said they'll fix it but the stopped replying. I sent them 25 emails.even went in store and showed the emails to the manager and 3 other employees.then they finally got someone else to contact me and supposedly they are coming on Wednesday to do the repairs.which I'm not even holding my breath for. I've lost faith in the staff because of how I have been treated.and I'm a loyal customer. I've spent so much money there.both of my couches are from there, my dining room table, my queen mattress, my entire bedset including dressers.
Omar our sales man was very helpful, friendly, we looked around at several couches and he wasn’t the irritating salesman that followed you around. We decided on what we wanted and we told him we decided and we did the paperwork. He made our delivery date at our convenience. If we ever need anything else we would certainly ask for him.

We worked with a young saleman named cesar! He was real polite answered all of our questions about everthing and new what he was talking about so we were glad we got him and spent almost $4000.00 thank you cesar we will recommend your services for sure.bling bling
AJ was the man! He wasn't pushy at all and he assisted whenever we needed him. He was great to work with and helped us throughout the whole process. People need to go to him!
We called a few stores for 1 particular sofa, loveseat and recliner and the Mesa location gave us a run around so we called Tempe location and they sent us to Bell Rd/Glendale location. We drove over an hr to the Bell Rd location and it was totally worth the drive! We got exactly what we wanted for a great price and wonderful customer service from the manager as well as Amy! Amy was so friendly, patient and a pleasure to work with. She always had a smile on, thank you!
