Aspen Dental, Phoenix AZ

I have been struggling to get the care that I need. Now that I finally have a job with insurance, I wasn't sure what to do. The ins-and-outs of insurance can be confusing. The staff at Aspen dental were top-notch. The facility was safe and comfortable.
I want to mention the office manager, Tanisha Hollis, by name. Tanisha was kind and calming. She did a lot of work to get the most from my employee insurance and worked with me to find the financing I needed to meet my part of the obligation with a payment plan that really worked for me. I haven't researched everything, but my folks at Aspen dental were great. My life is about to change thanks to them. Couldn't be happier and Thank You Tanisha!

The dental staff was pleasant and professional. I was well taken care of. As a new patient I was disappointed to have completed the new patient information online the day before the appointment and the office having no record of it at the time of my appointment, and having to redo it in the office. I also had to wait about 20 minutes between seeing the hygienist and the dentist.

My experience was great and the staff was friendly the 3 ladies I seen when I was there were very nice and sweet they also prescribed me some medicine that was needed to keep me comfortable which really helped and got me through my day and night I would definitely recommend this dentist to anybody seeking a great experience and in my own opinion to all the negative reviews is that you must treat people including workers with respect if you want it back you must always be kind to others and you will receive that back but if you go anywhere with a bitter attitude than dont expect to get treated like royalty and I would definitely love to thank Aspen dental for all the love care and concern you all showed towards my dental health I truly appreciate you all thank you

I had a fantastic visit. Elizabeth the Hygenist does a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this office to anyone. The entire staff is just amazing!

I loved my time there and they left me not being uninformed on the processes and the treatment plans available to me plus I especially like that no matter how tight my finances are they can work with me so I am still able to get my smile back and they have no idea how huge of a deal that is for me. Horrible service. Can't wait to switch providers. Didn't receive the referral I needed after the initial visit, so I had to return to the office to get the referral before I returned I called and Britain (like the country) lied
and stated that he already gave me the referral then lied and said they don't do referrals for offices that aren't partnered with them. Then he lied and said he was the office manager and lied again and made up a number for the corporate office. His customer service is impaired. Which is why I called back and got Breeanna and was offered to come back into the office to figure the referral out. I'm have now been here at the office since 440 pm waiting on Britain tell her I'm waiting which I know he didn't cause he didn't even ask me my name. I can't wait for corporate to call me back.

Not the outcome I wanted (I needed an antibiotic before they could deal with the cause of my tooth pain - infected) but the staff was so nice and never once tried to brush off my questions. The gentleman that went over my insurance with me was very clear in his explanation and itemized each step of my treatment plan. I never once felt pushed to make a decision. I have had several bad experiences with dentists/dental offices in the past. This visit DOES NOT fall into that category.

Best experience I've had at the dentist ever. Staff is super pleasant and Dr chan is a miracle worker I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and did not feel a thing. I was very pleasantly surprised not to mention the pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Great experience. Affordable, seen right away. Pleasant dentists. Clean office. Great hours. They gave me a dental plan to assist me in meeting my oral needs. LOVED IT!

I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years. I've had a lot of anxiety, but the entire team at Aspen dental made me feel welcome. They explained everything in detail and the pain was so minimal. I can't wait to go back and get the smile I've been wanting for many years. Thank you Aspen dental!

The staff and dentist that helped me were knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. Took me less than an hour from registering to getting out and I have my appointment with an orthodontist for next week. Thanks to their referral. Highly recommend:)

Dentist did everything they could when they could sadly I have poor brushing habits so some teeth needed to go great recommendations and I already feel better after them just taking a look so thank you guys

Aspen Dental, a modern day legal scam organization. They'll rope you in for services you don't need with a bill so big. They lied as if they're lie can't be verified. They thought they were going to scam me out of $1.200.00 that my insurance wouldn't pay. They also play that bait & hook. They say they'll clean your teeth for free, then hook you with more to pay. Crooks.

The staff at this location are always welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient with ample parking. I feel my business is valued.

My dentist was very nice and polite. She gave me alot of information and answered all my questions. The lady that takes care of the financial part of my visit, was truly amazing. She helped me go thru all the different ways of paying for the dental work and had so much knowledge about what was going to be done and made everything clear and understandable.

This office got me in very quickly, took care of my immediate problem and then helped me at up a plan moving forward to get some other dental issues taken care of. There was no "hard sell" and I didn't feel pressured to do any services I didn't want. I appreciated that. Other dentist offices I have been to have made me feel judged about my dental health and pushed all kinds of services on me. Aspen dental wasnt like that. I would reccomend this office to anyone who asked.

Staff is super nice! Not a fan of the wait time (I spent 2 hours at this office just for a check-in as a new patient) but I'll definitely be returning because of the friendly staff.

They were very friendly and patient. Now I just have to find a way to pay for a possible procedure at another location, with no insurance or paycheck. Also have to find a way to get to the other locations. Disability does not pay much. At least I have a better idea of what is causing the pain in my mouth. Would recommend.

Just an awesome friendly staff and very attentive to my needs. Quick appointments with great attention to detail, Dr Mathur is gracious friendly and does a fantastic job making sure your concerns are handled with care. Been going there for several years now since I switched from my previous dentist in Scottsdale and I’m glad I made the move.
