25I only give aspen dental a four star rating, because of one particular dental assistant. Everyone else was kind, compassionate, and explained my dental needs very well. The prices are outstanding. The staff is courteous. The office is clean. I would definietly recommend family and friends to come here.
This isn't the first time I have been to Aspen dental. Several years ago I had a lot of dental work done by them and they were awesome then! And they are still awesome! The dentist was very nice and caring! And as a whole I find them all very professional! They got me in and out of their office in a timely manner. So yes I would use them again if need be!
I have had the most amazing experience with Aspen dental, finally someone knew what they were doing.within three days, from first mold, to receiving a full set of dentures.that are absolutely beautiful, fit absolutely perfect (still some tweaking needs to be done) but the people are amazing. Anyone in business needs to take and just speak to one of those girls or doctor or the manager or the head office and find out what true customer service is.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
I made an appointment for my husband because he had his wisdom teeth coming in. He was in horrible pain. Showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early as instructed. After sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes (I had a 9 month old and my husband had a throbbing jaw) I asked the receptionist if it would be soon that they would be calling us. Her reply was that they only have one x ray machine so long waits are very typical. I said ok and sat back down. After 30 more minutes I talked to different lady who was terribly rude and said that’s just the way it is, I’d have to sit and wait. No apologies or reasons I’d been sitting there for over an hour. When I asked for the manager so I could call and share my bad experience she gave me a condescending smile and handed me HER card, and said I could caller her, Nancy Greene, and tell her, after I JUST told her. I was shocked at the blatant rudeness. I could see if I was a terrible customer, but I’m just a mom in there trying to keep my baby calm and my husband comfortable with a throbbing jaw. Now we have to make another appointment somewhere else, and I was treated badly. Thanks Aspen Dental.
