Absolutely disgusting HOA. They bully my 75 year old grandma and have never given her time to have family help her correct things on her home. They are now threatening to take it and will not work with her or answer phones so of course they can take her home! Disgusting slobs’

Don't trust them, this HOA and management are 100% liars, thieves cheaters and useless losers. My vehicle with valid long term parking permit got towed from my property during my vacation and the citation is "Abandoned Vehicle / Inoperable". I understand pandemic gave your company a tough time but why don't you just go the shopping mall and begging for mercy of 1 cent which is much more decent? Shame on you!

It's like having no HOA but paying 90 dollars a month. Poor landscape management, hard to get any response. I would give no stars if I could. UPDATE so we contacted them and the told us pretty much the same thing we have heard before. It's like giving 90 dollars away every month, probably will raise it soon. I would say 99 percent of residents disapprove of AAM.

Breanna Landrum is our HOA manager and doing a fantastic job, our communities fiscal health was never better and we have finally have full board participation to help drive our community to the next level.t

Jamie Crowell is our was our community manager but was promoted to area manager, showing AAM;' commitment to provide growth opportunities to their employees.

Jamie jumped right in, learned our community fast and is a very knowledgeable community manager. We can’t thank her enough for her service to our community.

Thank you Breanna, Jamie and AAM, LLC for being tremendous long term partner and asset to our community!

I moved in October of 2019 and unaware of the no parking on the street. I parked my car out in street not knowing rules and received multiple violations. I explained to AAM and Michael Munroe understood my situation and waived all 3 of my violations. Thank you very much.

Michael Munroe and Nick Gout do not respond to phone calls at all. I have called several times in the last two weeks and never receive a call back, even though I have left a message every time that I called.

AAM is a great management company, it's not an easy job to be the middle man between homeowners and an association boards. AAM strives to be the best at what they do. Recently they have been voted one of the top places to work in Arizona, which says a lot about a company. Happy employees make for happy customers, in theory.

JB and her staff at AAM are fabulous! We have found them to be so very helpful when we have questions. We have communicated numerous times with JB and she has always responded quickly and with sincere concern for us. JB is the manager of our community and she does a fantastic job. All of the staff involved with our community has shown us respect and concern. These people are a real asset to AAM.

I have lived in 2 different HOA's before buying in my current association and I cannot express how terrible Tanya Placencio is as a manager. First and foremost she never returns phone calls, never picks up the phone. Email responses can take weeks or multiple attempts to reach her. That is only made worse by her attitude. Having spoken with her twice about violations and asking her assistance on coming to my home and checking as we had corrected a minor mistake which happened only once and she sent us a fake second violation with no photos, but then after I called her to appeal the fine, she told me that I couldn't appeal and the board wouldn't be interested in hearing me because my offense was obvious and we were negligent! Excuse me? She is rude to the point of insulting and her arrogance is obvious every time she attends our meetings cutting people off or not giving actual answers. The ones she does give are totally wrong. No one has faith in her whatsoever here. I know that I have spoken with a number of my neighbors and a few of us are considering running for the board at our next election. Our first action will be to get rid of Tanya and AAM for hiring such a incompetent manager.

This place dont mess around when it comes to payments. Been here for 10 years in CCR. They clearly love money! I have figured out a few ways to save a few fees.
First: Send payment 2 weeks early, they process slowly in house and will not hesitate to add late fee and/or demand fee.

Second: If a fee is added you may not know, there are no invoices mailed or emailed out.fun stuff!

Third: If you decide to take the time to call or email to attempt a fee reduction or removal, expect to get nowhere.

Fourth: Best thing to do is pay a years worth, this saves me a few hundred from the easily acquired demand fees.

This company should take a note from SRP or COX, with them i miss a bill.they simply ad it on the next one! I pay it, no problem. Easy!

I recently moved to Arizona and this is my first experience with an HOA management company. I know I have the best management company around because the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Extortionists. We have had many unnecessary improvements within our association. When they do make improvements, they are done wrong.

Thank you Austin for helping me with my account. Thank you for also addressing my concerns regarding the common area landscaping to the side of my property.

I live in the Glennwilde subdivision in Maricopa, Arizona. I wanted to take a moment to comment on Michael Monroe. It has been a pleasure working with him. Myself and many seniors use the pool. He stops by often to check out the facility and to check how things are going. He is very dedicated to keep Glennwilde a desirable area to live. I see him driving often to check out the different areas to make sure the landscaping is what it should be and the streets are clean. He was also quick to respond to my paint request for approval. I think most of us realize it is not easy doing his job with the amount of people living in our area. Constant complaints, emails and phone calls. He certainly does an excellent job for what is required of him.

My community manager - Adam Cusimano - is easy to reach, responds to me in a timely manner, communicates with our property owners weekly, and made some significant improvements as soon as he took over. Our previous manager was not nearly as accessible, which was tough when the elevator wasn't working and we didn't really know who to call to fix it. Adam, on the other hand, is well aware of what's happening on property and constantly letting us know what plans are underway to solve issues we are dealing with. He also sends the weekly downtown Phoenix activity guide, which is so convenient and I love it! Thanks Adam!

We recently had a fall festival event for our subdivision and it was excellent. Family friendly improv, bounce houses, excellent catering and a great family movie! Very well done and nice to have something put on like this right in our neighborhood. We even rode our bikes through the park the next day and it was all cleaned up. Very impressive! Thank you for putting on such a great event.

Horrible experience with this HOA management company from being handed off to the managers admin to no responses to emails. We were also fined with no evidence whatsoever of a violation occurring because the community manager is friends with the person that submitted the complaint. We went through all the hoops to appeal earlier this year and the appeal was denied with no reason. Either pay the fine or risk more fees. Would have given zero stars if possible. Not a very good experience with them at all.
