I called Tyler Wing Community Manager for Canterra at Squaw Peak. I needed permission from Assocition for Cox Communications to work on wiring. Thank you to Tyler for helping me with this and making it simple on my part.

Worst customer service ever. What am I paying you for? We have issues with the landowners behind our subdivision. Trash everywhere. *I* pay for the tree-maintenance in front of my home. And when I call to question these things, 98% of the time I never get a response. But if you skip a payment. OMG! Late fee, demand fee, bitching fee. It all about the dollar, not the homeowners. Most homeowners in the neighborhood seem to think that we can't get another HOA, but I have been slowly educating them. We need someone who looks out for the homeowners, not just takes our money. AAM is a Joke.

We have lived in an AAM managed community for a yr now. Was unsure about them at first, but since Austin has taken over this community I feel this company is working for the community. I don't have much experience with any of the other managers, but I would like to think they work just as well as Austin.

I live in Pecan Creek and have always been impressed with the professionalism of this HOA. Neighborhood always looks great and is a great community to live in. Our Manager Jamie has always been a joy to work with.

Dianna Eberthauser is a joke. Never returns emails. Doesn’t do her job. Can’t wait for the builder to get out of our community and turn the HOA over to the homeowners so we can get rid of her.
She doesn’t even comply with ARS. I contest a Violation with certified mail, not a word from her. No posting of annual meeting of the members. She’s a joke! Learn the state laws.

Austin was great at answering my questions. Extremely professional and returned my calls and emails in a timely manner!

I am writing a review based on my interactions with Tyler Wing at AAM, manager for Tuscany Villas. Tyler is an excellent manager and highly responsive to my requests as a homeowner. It is refreshing to receive replies to emails and calls within minutes, literally. Thank you, Tyler.
