AT&T Store, Gilbert AZ

Extremely please with our visit! My husband and I came in to purchase an iPad. The one we wanted wasn’t in stock due to the demand of tablets. The manger located the iPad at another store which was about 45 minutes away and offered to go pick it up for us. He picked it up and we went back to the San Tan Mall location to grab it the next day. I was shocked by this kind and gracious gesture. Thank you so much!

The representative Connor was absolutely fantastic. Greeted me right away with a friendly attitude and was professional throughout the whole transaction. Took care of getting me a new phone while also changing me to the best plan available with bundling up the ATT TV! All in a timely matter and superb customer service. Go see Connor, he is awesome!

The Manager Felipe at the San Tan AT&T store is exceptional. I have visited the store with questions regarding upgrades and he is honest and thorough. I recently had a problem with billing and after a month of calling in to the call center with no results, I made an appointment with Felipe and went into the AT&T store. He patiently listened to my problem and was polite and caring. He did some research and in a matter of minutes he had my problem solved. If you're looking for great customer service, look no further than the San Tan AT&T store in Gilbert. Ask for Felipe. You'll be treated right and leave satisfied.

Mathew Vinzant was amazing today. He was patient, polite, and knowledgeable of all products and services, which enabled me to choose what I wanted at the best price out there. Thank you Mathew, greatly appreciated!

On our end we had a ton of troubles figuring out our phone info, but the employees were really patient and helpful. 10/10 highly recommend, these guys are professionals and I will definitely come here next time.

I would like to give a special thank you to Cody, Felipe & Mathew these are the best guys at this store they represent what real customer service is all about, they will go above & beyond to assit you, I've had many issues with my active 2 watch so i went to the AT&T store on Chandler Blvd near the 101 to get it fixed & what a mistake walk in and they were just standing there so when i explained my issue only the tall brother was willing to help everyone else was blowing me off to call cust service knowing my issue was a E sim issue i have been a customer with AT&T for 23 years and ive never seen this level of customer Care i wish i remembered the guys name but i truly appreciate you at least trying these other employees in my opinion waste of a pay check so to the Santan Store keep up the great job that you guys do. Unfortunately watch has to be sent back to Samsung.

Johnathan and his team are great at this location. Not sure why all the one star reviews I received 5star service from this store. Also they have a new phone called the red hydrogen I would strongly recommend taking a look at!

Julian and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a new mobile device or cell carrier, come check this place out!

Nice looking store but they don't have the same online deals. I called sales and got a better deal which frustrated me because I didn't really believe them which is why I went I to the store and they couldn't help me. So to Verizon I go.

FYI online sales team doesn't communicate well and her pretty pushy.

I was told I had a week to take advantage of a promotion and came in 4 days later and was told the promotion was over. Definitely the worst att store location in the area

Not good customer service, sign you up without consent. And change you to more expensive plans as well.

Today, I visited this AT&T location and worked with the manager (Jonathan, I believe was his name). He kindly helped me with the issue I had and went above and beyond to take care of me as a paying customer. Most AT&T stores would not have done this and I have not experienced this great treatment often when dealing with large companies. This guy deserves a raise. If you need help or service, come see Jonathan. Rock star for sure.

Made changes to my account without consulting or even calling me. Went in to get 3gb of data at $35, matching Consumer Cellular found out only got 1gb and paying the same, if not more?

Sintia was awesome! We went to the Ellsworth store and the guy didn't want to help us, we came in and Sintia not only got us 2 new phones but screen protectors, cases and a speaker! She was so helpful and funny, that girl needs a raise!

If you want to get ripped off by shady sales staff and management that will promise you anything just to make a sale, go to this store. The store is always understaffed with long wait times.
If there was such a thing as a negative star rating, I would not hesitate in awarding this store location with that distinction.
Take my advice avoid this store completely or if you have already been there, check your bill carefully for unnecessary charges.

A very busy store for not having enough staff. It's extremely unprofessional to greet us, tell us you're adding us to the que, and don't let us know we'll be waiting two hours to get help. Apparently they don't want our continued business.

This AT&T store is full of customer service. I actually am floored by their patience and level of professional attention to detail. We needed to save money on our bill and the representative patiently explained different options that would be helpful! I will never buy a phone anywhere else! Thank you San Tan Mall AT&T.

Agree with the other reviews. This store is woefully understaffed. Very busy. Expect to wait 45-60min minimum. Once I was seen, they helped me out.

Everytime I go into this location it is a pleasurable experience. The staff are professional and patient. This isn't the closest location to my home but I chose to visit this location because of the staff and their service.
