29Customer service was not very good. Employees were nice, just not helpful. Was not interested in troubleshooting problem with phone, not even just checking if the battery was bad, or if it charged. Just refereed to customer service number.
Wish they had an option for 0 stars!
Called customer service to verify my wife was on my account to upgrade her phone. Of course she is they said, she drove there from San tan valley 30 minute drive only to have the idiot behind the counter tell her she isn't on the account. I asked to talk to a manager and apparently they don't have managers at this store. Awesome!
Needless to say I'll be taking my 6 lines and $400 phone business to Verizon first thing in the morning!
Worst experience ever! Spent $2200 and in the store for 5 hours without them even asking if we needed a water. After a complaint the store agreed to credit us $200 which we weren't looking for but none the less it's been 6 months and still no $200.00. I will never ever use AT&T again and this will be blasted all over social media. Thanks for nothing!
Incompetent, rude and unprofessional staff. This place needs a major overhaul. Customer service is non-existent and the staff is obviously untrained. I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.
Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for service here! Stay away from this location they take forever to help you! Waited 15 minutes just to get checked in and have been waiting for another 15 minutes for someone to help me. It still shows on the screen two others in front of me. Horrible what a waste of time!
5 stars for Larry the Manager at this store who helped fix my VM last night. He sat for over an hour trying to fix my phone and he finally did! Great job Larry! Thank you!
If they would honor there promotion and not receive the run around on what needs to be done still receive the promotion I would love to give a 5 star rating.
They store employees manipulated and tricked us into a deal that was expired (although we didn't know it was expired) then when we tried to have it resolved they lied and said the promotion had expired and they would not honor the pricing they sold us. They're snakes who are looking for commission not good customer experience.
Lauriann was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Our transition from.can I say Verizon.ha ha! Was seamless. I was most impressed with how Lauriann was able transfer ALL of my information from my old phone to my new including my display, apps, widgets, and even lock screen.
