AutoZone reviews
31I was on today to return an item I didn't need. The staff was great. While I was there a woman stole some coolant. We watched her steal it. When confronted she flipped out and the staff kept there cool because to be honest I wouldn't of be able to in that situation. So I just wanted to give them kudos for being really professional even though the level of aggression from the woman was off the charts. So great job!
This location waa really busy when I arrived. I'll just say that I found what I needed and left without feeling any certain way about my visit. They don't get a 5 star rating because the store felt dirty and in disarray.
Brought my wife's dead battery back, it was under warranty, in and out in less than five minutes.
I went to buy a part for my car and it's very clean and distancing due to the covid-19 very respectful fast service and good people
Horrible service

I needed a new battery I was ignored by the female employee I was standing
In front of. The Manager was no better told me to get back in line.
Went to ORiellys I was in and out in 5 min
My VSC and check engine light came on and after the initial panic subsided I went to Auto Zone on 27th Ave and Camelback Rd. Augustine was amazing. After allowing me to leave the store with the scanner, I scanned the car, it turned out to be my mass air flow sensor. The part was in stock. Then things got difficult. I couldn't get the sensor unplugged. Augustine lent me tools, but most importantly, he spent many minutes trying to get the part disconnected. They were very busy. But Augustine took time to help me and that made me feel important. I am taking my car to NAC where my friend Nico who owns the shop will help me. So before anything got damaged because my car is old, Augustine and I decided to let the professional handle it. Thank you Augustine.
I was in the store Sunday morning and had Derek replace my battery. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out best option for my car, as I was pretty tight on cash. After paying I was offered a water while I waited, and he was finished in about 5 minutes. I will be back for all my cars needs. Thank you again.
Gabriel Rosales was awesome! Went outside and checked out my vehicle. Recommended better lights than the ones I needed. Glad great customer service still exists.
Went back today and this AutoZone never disappoints. This time Augustine S, properly demonstrated why he is a manager here. The outmost professionalism and customer service was a 10/10.
Great service, writing this review to hopefully save someone from buying Duralast parts. They are garbage and not worth your money.
Juan was very helpful when I needed my battery replaced. He was able to change it out for me, but showed me how to do it in case I needed to do it again in the future. The pricing was also competitive compared to other places I called before stopping at Autozone. I would recommend this store!
Autozone used to have great prices and excellent customer service. The customer service is fair at best, most customer care reps are SNARKEY and somewhat non complacent. There are a few good reps but not like they used to be. The prices have sky rocketed even beyond the competitors. The product is mediocre at best and if it’s good past 3-6 months without failing consider yourself very fortunate. The $20.00 / 5 point system seemed like a great way to save but the competition offers greater perks, friendly reps and better products so I’m moving on. Your okay in a pinch auto zone but that’s about it.
Okay usually would not go out of my way to review an Auto Zone, but this one is way better than the others. Gentleman who helped me went out of his way to do so. He helped me install parts no problem, and basically made it a full service shop. Will go out of my way for this one!
All AutoZone stores are not equal.
I found this AutoZone store more oriented toward the Hispanic community. Although that may sound derogatory it is not meant to be that. I could not help but feel that because I did not speak Spanish I was an inconvenience, an imposition. I needed to go to this location because they had the part that I needed in stock. Trying to get the clerk to follow their price match policy was like pulling teeth any attempt was soon abandoned. I gave it 2 stars because it's an AutoZone and for no other reason.
The gentleman Mike Chavez has excellent customer service. GREAT JOB AND KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE!
Bad service, told they couldn't look at my vehicle cuz of company policy. Not true. Never going back
They took care of me when I had a problem. But not all replacement parts will align with the engine screw holes. Prepare yourself on older model vehicles.
I came in to the store needing help with my vehicle and associate Jesus took the time to go above and beyond I tell you what if you want stellar service. Visit this store!
Top Notch! Love the lifetime warranty! They keep great records and no receipts needed! Change out the parts and keep going!
Very helpful and im glad they know alittle about helping customers with their automotive needs.
We bought a used car that needed a new battery, so we went to the closest place, first mistake. They sold us the wrong battery for twice the price of what Walmart charges for the right battery. It's now December and they have replaced the battery twice because of dead cells, well that's bcoz we have to get a jump just about everywhere we go. Next month I'm getting the battery at Walmart and demanding a refund from these clowns.
