AutoZone reviews
31Great going to a Auto zone in a different from your own state, set up the same, so I know where to get stuff.
Worst Autozone I've been to, the most laziest and unexpierenced employees are found here. Do yourself a favor and avoid going to this place
This place is terrible they always try to sell more parts than what you want. They are good at selling parts but they don't know nothing about cars, they act like they do but they are just trying to make you buy more parts so they can make their money.
The worst auto zone ever. I called this place and they confirmed they had my part. I then drove over in the car that should not be driven just to be told it's at another store in 118 heat. And he just smirked at me. Take your business elsewhere. Then they attempted to charge me 48 dollars because I wouldn't give them my old part! A part that was not theirs. A terrible place.
Its hit and miss. Sometimes its empty sometimes its packed. This is the main reason service is affected. I would say to avoid the store brand parts as they seem to fail quite often.
The associate here (STEVE) told me i had to go in the back of the line to be helped. There was nobody in the store while I was waiting by the register. Then come in about 5 other ppl instead of him continuing to help me go to the back of the line is what he says. Steve needs to work on customer service. This is partly why I go to O'Reilly now besides them giving me the wrong parts as well.
The girl there told me my battery was fine. But it wasn't and I had to but another one at a different autozone. I was left at a gas station when I realized it was dead.
I would definitely recomend this location.
Staff are really nice and they are a model of high customer service. I walked out the store with a smile on my face and another thing is that they have great deals better than other locations!
Must of the CSRs have a friendly attitude, unfortunately there's a couple of them, including a shift manager, that are there just to make the hrs until next pay day.
I drove 5 miles to get a can of dupli color paint that they confirmed over the phone was in stock only to find out I wasted the drive because they didn't have it after all. Poor customer service and should have offered to locate it for me since I wasted my time.
