AutoZone, Apache Junction AZ

I didn't get my part here because I did find it less expensive elsewhere. However, the guys here were great and they can usually price match. Couldn't this time because the warranty was different but not their fault. Overall a positive experience.

Well it s not a good place. I walked in around 330 to 4 in that time frame. I walk in the auto zone and they're alot of guys standing around and I was just standing in the auto zone for about maybe 5 min. I walked slowly inside and I'm 6 foot 250 pads I walked in and everyone turns upon me coming in and I just slow walked to the back of the store hoping to find s someone who could help me but as I was gonna weight for this guy I totally went against my grain. I wont go there again. Just a lil farther you get what you want.

Purchased a torque strut for my vehicle in December of 2019 and have been trying to find it to warranty it out but no other stores can find it in my file. Called tonight 8/24/2020 and spoke with Marcus. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone checking any and every way possible to try and find the correct info for that part to be warrantied out. He was a huge help and I am glad there are still zoners out there who take the time to help people out as I did when I was a PSM at another location in Mesa. Hope he gets credited for his excellent customer service and dedication to the AutoZone pledge.

Iv been working 12hrs since this Carona thing. I showed up 4 mins before they closed cause I just got off most places would have told me come back another day but they were super polite I grabbed what I needed and left. Thank you guys

Got what I need quick and simple I do plan on going back to get some exhaust and a intake as well:)!

Do not shop here it will take you 25 min to just buy a single thing even if theres only one customer. Also they don't try to go out of their way to help they just kinda assume things so you can buy something quickly and leave

Usually has what I need or can order it. The waitings getting a little better but still needs more people.

Slow service, I was the only one in the store and still waited for half an hour. Every time I go into this store

I was helped by the manager. He was very helpful I needed to get a battery. We found a price & warranty that was affordable. He took out my old battery & put in the new & also put in my power steering fluid for me. Thanks again to Auto Zone the Manger, great guy.

I usually love that store but this visit was a disaster. I wanted two of something; they had one and i needed to pay for both (that they only had one) and then they would order the other one. I said that was unbelievable and left with no part. Wow lame transaction.

Had the parts I needed and checking out at the counter was quick. Found staff to be helpful, courteous and professional. Great!

Been to this location 3x and all 3x times I've been here there is only one employee working at the cash register. Each time I've been its bene during the day. They need more employees.

Okay this is my 4th attempt in 3 days in a row and employees are not answering phones its 6: 32pm not and still no answer.they dont close until 10pm.puck up the phones! Giving this place 1 star for low quality customer service

I had to ask the guy to test the old starter first, he took it in the back. In the end it was never the starter, it was the battery.

Staff is friendly & helpful. I ordered a battery on line, it took a couple of hrs. To respond back via internet that my order was ready. Went to pick it up, was in and out in mins. One of the employees carried it to my car for me.

Staff are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tools can be borrowed for free and feel free to take in batteries to have them charged overnight, the staff will let you know if they are still good or need replacing.

Ramon was who helped me. He was very nice and informative even though it was late and I'm sure he wanted to go home. Dealt with me very well and I'm not an easy person when it comes to auto things lol.thanks I will definitely be back.

Yes you can get your parts here. They stock the most widely used parts. But if you need something not so widely used. They can order it from the warehouse. At 8 pm, I was told 10am tomarrow. 10am came (i stood in line for 20 minutes) and I was told 2pm. I went to another store a little west of there and they had my part in stock. They are open late and on Sundays. But they could use a little better help

Very Helpful they will put new wiper blades on for you and even New Battery in your truck or car. Easy in easy out Fast service too
