Very helpful friendly service. If they are not extremely busy they will usually come out and assist you if you need it. And exchanges even if the product was from a different AutoZone are not a problem.

I bought some parts for my car. The guy place them on hold for me and I was able to get them that evening when I got out of work. He didn't try to sell me any extra stuff that I didn't need.

The service we experienced was above and beyond. I would have said any part store will do, last week, but they've earned my loyalty.

Always busy and never enough employees working. Friendly employees but the wait is usually always 5 to 8 people wait for parts. Also need to have a dedicated cashier.

Inconvenient. My husband stopped at the Autozone on Apache Trail to get breaks for his truck. They gave home the wrong breaks and when he took them back to exchange them for the correct ones they refused to do it because he had purchased them with a card and the new ones were going to be $3 cheaper. How stupid, why would you refund the whole amount on the card. He then had to drive all the way back home to get the card. Poor customer service with start buying our auto needs at Napa

Good service, it is always a little busy here so there is a bit of a line. There is not shade is the parking lot so if you need to change something out immediately be sure it's not a crazy hot day.

This place used to be okay, but it has gone steadily down hill the past year or so. There are only a couple of guys that know anything and more that don't. Service when busy is slower than Moses. If you just need a quart of oil or anything else off the shelf, you still have to stand in line while the know nothings take 20 minutes to try and help others. I'm done with them.

One of the staff helped us out. After we picked and paid for the proper windshield wiper blades for our car, he actually came outside and installed them for us. Great service!

Kevin, the manager, really helped me out. He did a fantastic job and I really appreciate everything he did today, he went above and beyond! Congratulations, you just got a customer for life!
