I picked up a new valve piston for my pool filter last month, and today I had a broken pin on it. I asked if the could just repair the pin. The looked at the receipt and swapped it out for an entirely new unit. Great customer service and very friendly.

I never used this shop before. I was referred to them by Hayward for a warranty repair. Nice people, very knowledgeable and helpful. Work was done promptly, they kept me informed and made my life easy. It could not have gone any better. I definitely would use them again and will give them a shot to bid on upgrades on my pool

I went into the store at cave creek today with my hayward vacuum system. The wheels were not moving which made the system not able to work properly. I left my unit at the store with the assurance they would get back to me today.they called back within 2 hours with my unit ready for pick up. They found a small piece from a palm tree has wrapped itself around the wheel stopping it to work. He fixed it and sent me out the door, No Charge. Now I have to tell you that is amazing service. I did contribute cookies and candy for a job well done. Talk about over and above service. Thank you B&L you have me as a costume for the life of my 2 year old pool.

I have a $ 400.00 automatic pool cleaner that I lost a part off of it during a move, I asked the next door neighbor's pool man (Mondo) and he said I should go to B & L Pool up on Cave Creek, he said they have everything and that they will take care of me. I listened and went to B & L. They were friendly and very helpful. They told me that the replacement part comes in a pack of 4, they also said lets see what we can do. One of the guys then goes into the back area and comes back out with the exact part I need and puts it on for me and says there you go; we keep some old parts around just in case. So here I am my machine is back together with no charge and no sales pitch, and they thanked me for stopping by. So I just wanted to say thank you for helping me. I will be back P. S. I tried to tip them but they would not take any money. Thanks again

Called to see if they had a part, said they were to busy to look and would call me back, of course that never happened. I always wonder how companies can stay in business ignoring their customers

On Saturday May 11th I made the mistake of going to Leslie's pool supply that fortunately for me didn't have what I needed. Although B&L was further away I went there. I needed some o-rings to fix a filter and Mario Salas helped me. It was trial and error for Mario to match up the size and he was great and after a couple of trips back to the warehouse he got the right ones for me. I wasn't sure about the order they had to go back in and Mario pulled out the Hayward book and showed me the diagram which helped me. Mario's customer service is to be commended. Thanks

I been going to B&L Pools for many years, first to their 43rd & Dunlap store, then to the 43rd Ave and Bell Store. While I was over on Cave Creek today running errands I was so surprised to see one of their stores as I was passing by.since I wanted to take advantage of their flyer special on the chlorine tabs I quickly turned around. A very pleasant young man, Mario, helped me out. As I went in, I was clutching in my hand 2 tightly folded $20 bills that I had just been given. I had to use a card to pay for the tabs so I very absent-mindedly set down the $40 on the counter while doing so.then Mario carried out the bucket and I drove off.of course my cell phone was off and I didn't know until I got home that he had been trying to call me to tell me that he found the money on the counter! What a pleasure to know there are still such honest and honorable young folks out there. B&L should be so proud to have him as an employee and kudos to his parents as well! God Bless you all!

Tommy is WONDERFUL! He is so helpful and spends whatever time is needed with each customer to serve them well. He does it with a smile and shares important information - he does not use jargon - he speaks so laymen can understand. He is WONDERFUL!

I also spoke with Brad about a problem with a hose and he was very accommodating and willing to resolve my concern/need.
