Brought my Zodiac pool sweeper in for repair. Serviceman set expectations to time of estimate and pricing of repairs. Called back within expected time frame, advised of my costs and options as promised.

What I love the most about B & L pools, is not only the expertise of my equipment, the quick turn around of my defective equipment, the options for repair, pricing deals, but that this is consistent each time I go there, and I have been a client for about 5 years. I live in the neighborhood and these are my "go-to" guys for all things pool related. I've had some equipment issues over the years and they have helped me out tremendously.on one occasion, they pulled a valve off an old pump and saved me some serious $$. Other times, I've felt totally comfortable buying new parts / equipment from them as I totally trust their judgement. Please DO NOT BUY BIG BOX chlorine and tabs, it's just not the same quality as you get from your local pool supply house.

Please support our local guys, I want them around in the neighborhood for years to come!

Recently I moved into a new home with a pool, my ‘pool maintenance man’ said the water quality was good and that he had it under control. My chlorinator was faulty and he offered to take care of it. I decided to go to B & L dire to the many high reviews and I was not disappointed. These guys know there stuff. Honest and sincere they didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need but they showed me that the pool water was awful! I needed to drain it and refill with clean fresh water. Best advise I could have gotten! My pool sparkles and they are my go to for advise and pool supplies. I know I’ll pay a bit more for the products but the advise is invaluable!

Went in for a return jet for side of my pool, left with full knowledge of how to adjust my return jets, the different sizes, what they do and all in less than 5 minutes, Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable
