Never rent through them! They kicked my family and my newborn baby out during covid with no reason why! We left multiple phone calls and emails asking why. With no response! I have shared this through social media and saved pictures of the house all scrubbed clean from top to bottom! I will take you to court if I do not see my security deposite! Scincerly, the Johnson family!

They treated my son and his family terribly
No communication and no warning they weren't renewing their lease. Then put it back up for rent for $200 dollars more a month!

Never rent with this people they will scam you out of your money! They create fees and "have really good arguments" to keep your security deposit and not only that they even create extra charges. Disgusting especially in times like this. Not to mention the customer service is the worst, they never answer the phones or emails and they have an appointment only policy which makes no sense if they won't even answer to anything, and on top of that they are always moody and have an attitude. The worst part is that the employees act extremely shady and the houses are not worth all of the extra fees. Save yourself the anger and look somewhere else.

This place is a SCAM they knew my boyfriend and our friend wasn’t related from the start. Told us fill an application $50 each. So $150 down the drain get a call said we are not Eligible because we are not related. Called to complain and the lady is very rude!

I attempted to rent from this company and rather than tell me when I called to get an update on being able to rent they sent a letter which I received a week after I rented from another realty. I'm a Healthcare worker and have a good rental history so it would have been professional of this realty to inform when I call as I felt extremely blown off

Awful, just awful. We moved in and the range and microwave didn’t work. It took over a month and contacting the office several times a week before the appliances were replaced. We also cannot get reimbursed for the meals we had to eat out while we didn’t have appliances. Home advertised as having a community pool but office will not provide keys for it. Home is falling apart and maintenance does not respond to maintenance requests. STAY AWAY! Far, far away!

I own multiple homes in several states. Bancroft has handled some of the most complicated issues I've had to deal with in my property ownership dealings. Glenn Bancroft provides direct, personal involvement in many cases. Bancroft and Associates are an excellent property management team and I highly recommend them.

If I could put zero stars I would. Receptionist is full of attitude and hangs up on you when calling about concerns and needs. They did not give back 1/2 my security deposit back due to fraudulent charges. Rude and dishonest beyond belief!

I have left no fewer than 3 messages over the last 2 weeks regarding one of the properties they have available and no one has gotten back to me. If this is how they treat prospective tenants (read: people screaming "take my money! "), I can't imagine how terrible they must be to deal with for current tenants who have issues at their properties (read: "please spend money to fix this problem"). I'm blown away that anyone who conducts business like this is still afloat.

After your year lease they raise it telling you last minute so your stuck there. Each year it goes higher and higher. Our whole house is falling apart after 2 years of living here. We have a giant bubble in our ceiling and still have not heard back. Not to mention the manager got fired for stealing money. Worse company ever. They dont know what theyre doing at all. One says something then another says something else. Cant pay rent with out any fees might as well add it to the dam rent. Every time you walk in to pay rent all the tenets have something bad to say about them. Even the owner was talking about the buisness saying they're atleast still in business. Maintenance takes forever to fix something or even they say they fix it and its not. Dont pay online because thats how they screw you over trying to make you pay a late deposit even if you tried paying a week ahead. Then you call the front desk and they said you paid then you get a call the second saying it didn't go through now you have to pay the enormous late fee. Money hungry company. Hope no one rents from them save your money. Already have a feeling once our lease is up were f***ed. You can tell this house was vacant forever since its a spider house. Nothing is fixed when you move in so they can try to blame it on you. Youve been warned.

-6 month update: Glen Bancroft has made no effort to make good with my wife. I am happy to report the property she rented has not sold. -My wife had a rental with this company for 2 years. The last year of her lease was a nightmare. When she told Glenn Bancroft she was not interested in purchasing the property things turned ugly. The short version is Glenn Bancroft hung up on her when she called to arrange a move out walk through. Two weeks after my wife moved out Glen Bancroft had deducted $1100.00 for repairs that were reported on her move in sheet 2 years earlier! She has the move in sheet, pictures, video, and witnesses. Glenn Bancroft did not respond to her certified letter nor will the staff discuss the matter over the phone. She is forced to take him to court. DO NOT RENT from this company. I would also say BEWARE of buying any property from Bancroft & Associates. The property my wife rented is on the market in Tucson at full price. Feel free to contact me with any questions. My hope is to help you avoid the same intimidation and strong arm tactics Glen Bancroft has inflicted on my wife.

The Bancroft family claim to be Christians and actually go to church. Their business practices are shady and punitive. While their actions fall under "allowable by law", they have non-existent morals and ethics. I was a model tenant who'd paid a hefty deposit, scrubbed the slum when I moved out, had the carpets professionally cleaned, and was still taken to court after 5 days and forced to pay filing fees, attorney fees, miss time off work, etc. I had no idea this was coming despite multiple phone and in person contacts with them. Apparently, their quick litigation practices help them avoid complaints (21 over the past 3 years) being filed through the Better Business Bureau. The judge agreed their business practices were questionable and told me that tenants needed to get together and fight to have the laws changed because of places like this one. Here's what they put on Angie's list, no wonder. "We believe that "Professional Property Management Shouldn't Cost. IT SHOULD PAY. Our goal is PROFIT in YOUR pocket! ". RUN FAST from this business and find somebody reputable.

I find it interesting that Mr. Bancroft has only responded to the 1 person who gave them 4 stars. Nothing to say to everybody else?

HORRIBLE & FALSE ADVERTISING!
DON'T rent from this company! About a week ago (Thursday) I inquired about a home at 1964 W. Paul Pl.the receptionist told me that there was already an application waiting and I had to wait until Monday to find out f it was approved and hung up on me before I could ask any questions. On Sunday evening I decided to call again since I still saw it listed. This time someone else answered and was a bit more thorough. She explained that there was an application pending and that I was welcomed to apply. I asked if I could see it. She said it was not available for viewing since the tenants were still there and will not be available for viewing until April 1st. I got on their website and began filling out the application but became a bit Leary about their website because it asked for lots of personal information such social Security numbers and bank account numbers without it being a secured website. No encryption as I entered this information. I stopped and decided to visit them personally to fill it out in person. Upon my arrival I encountered a shabby looking, gross and dirty office and the receptionist as well. She was a "fake" bleached blonde, totally unprofessional, rude and unfriendly! I asked about the property and she told me that it had already been rented. I said really its still on the website.she yelled across another to room to someone to verify it. I heard the same thing that it was already rented. I said how can that be also it is was not available to be viewed until April 1st! She got upset and said, "It's already rented and they have already given their deposit!
WOW!
I left there thinking THANK GOD IT WAS RENTED! I wouldn't want them as landlords if this is how they treat customers. They lied and were rude. Are they renting to family or friends and leave the public thinking it's available. Also, that home is still up on their website and you can still fill out an application. The application fee is $50.00 per adult! What are they doing with this money that they are keeping for you to fill out an application that is null and making you believe that they are going to consider you!
Bunch of thieves. They need to do some housecleaning with their staff and their office! Throw the trash out and get professionals! Coincidentally when I got on here to see the reviews.their is an overwhelming amount of negative reviews! The positive reviews are either their acquaintances or other businesses that are leaving them the work for rentals not tenants. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELVES. I guarantee that I will not get a positive response or ANY response from their Boss. He's probably the same way since he allows the such a nasty staff to represent the company. And what representation they have!

Worst property managers ever. They managed our rental property and allowed it to be completely trashed. The brand new carpet was trashed, the adobe brick had graffiti painted on it, there was a fire in one of the bedrooms and trash all over the property.

My daughter starting renting from Bancroft the beginning of February 2018 and this has been the worst experience ever. Rain came and now she has a hole in her ceiling due to the leak in the roof, Bancroft continues to tell her to contact the HOA to have the roof fixed BUT, she doesn't rent from the HOA, she is renting through Bancroft. It rained again today and the plastic they had above her bed (where the hole is) will not hold the additional rain that is coming in. She called to discuss and again they tell her to call the HOA, she told them it was not her responsibility to contact the HOA so (very UNPROFESSIONALLY) they hung up on my daughter. Please look elsewhere is the property is handled by Bancroft.

I have tried to get in touch with Kimberly Keydoszius SEVERAL TIMES in regards to a property my husband and I were interested in. I have left 3 voice mails & emails and nothing has been returned. Though I call at times she is in the office, she still will not take my calls or return my inquiries. The staff is rude and impatient. They cut you off, hang up on you or have a disrespectful tone of annoyance. They seem to care less and at this rate I guess the property managers feel the same. Sorry my husband and I wanted to move closer to base, military families must not be as important as other clients!

I rented from Bancroft & Associates for about a year and a half and thought everything was fine. I loved the place I lived, nobody bothered me or my family, paid rent perfectly on time and never had a complaint from neighbors.

When I moved out, I spent 3 days cleaning everything and replacing anything that broke down or was broken during my stay.

I received my "deposit" back on the very last day possible. I was refunded less than half of my deposit! The things listed for deductions are ridiculous. "Paint supplies and patch&paint" is a joke. I have always been an excellent tenant and it feels terrible to be treated otherwise.

My advice would be to stay away from this place! Upon reading other reviews, it seems that getting your deposit back is a common problem. I never thought i would have a problem getting my full deposit back but clearly Bancroft and Associates does this regularly.

I was a tenant for a bit over a year. I never really had an outstanding issue with them except for one which I will mention later. Their maintenance was typically on time and they seemed very helpful whenever I had a problem.

What killed my experience with them was my deposit. I received less than half my original amount. To be fair, I was expecting to not receive the full amount because my dog ruined the blinds. Other than that, painting over a few scuffs would be the only "repairs" needed at my previous home. So needless to say I was baffled that they decided to keep over $500 for general repairs, paint, and supplies.

As a final thought, I want to share one particular instance that may shed some light on their shady business practices. My home was the only unit of 3 which had a washer and dryer (left behind by the previous tennant, so they were not marked to be a part of the unit in my lease). Upon moving in, I asked if I could get rid of them so I can get a new washer and dryer but they told me I would have to pay them for the washer and dryer because they were already there. A few months later the dryer breaks and their maintenance guy confirms that he would need to order an expensive part to have it fully fixed. Lo and behold Bancroft calls me to tell me that they will not pay for the part because the washer and dryer are not technically part of the unit. Clearly, their interests are not with their tenants.
