23So hard to deal with these people. You call with a problem and get rude condescending answers back. But, “they’re skeptical because tenants lie”. I wish I rented from a company that gave me the benefit of the doubt when coming in with a question/issue. Also, you have to pay.to pay rent. $6. Good luck. Also, as many others have written about. I too have gone without heat for a month and over a week with ZERO plumbing.

After my lease is up I will not Be Staying Here not. To mention this is the Cooldest were sapost to be all year "thanks Bancroft for being there for ur Renters" more like thanks for The Extra bills
