Banner Urgent Care, Peoria AZ

The employees were friendly great service running a little behind but the receptionist or check in person had received a influx of urgent services so I understood. However while I was sitting there to be tested being non-symptomatic a lady walked in with symptoms wanting to be tested. How do you think that made me feel knowing that I’m having surgery soon this week and yet I was purposely exposed to someone who was symptomatic. You need to design different entrances or different locations for testing. I may employ an attorney? !? !

My appointment was at 8: 10 am. I received a text message telling me to check in 10 minutes early. At 8: 03 am I opened the door, which was not locked.
Immediately an employee yelled at me that they were not open until 8 am. I said it is after 8 am. She said they were all in a meeting. I said I would sit in the waiting area. She yelled again and said I had to go outside.

That's how my visit to Banner Urgent Care started my day.

Although my reason for having to go in was very unpleasant, everyone of the nurses and physicians that worked with me were amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and getting me back to normal.

Staff was very nice and professional. Doctor was genuinely interested in my iillness. He was pretty funny as well

Only had a Physician Assistant on duty she had no idea how to diagnose me. Should have been put on antibiotics I wasn't and infection spread to my throat… do not recommend unless a Doctor is on duty

Have recurring problem with my ears. Happens once a year need my ears flushed out. Made an appointment got in got out in no time. Receptionist was so nice so were the nurse and the nurse probationer. Solve my problem low cost no problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have never had a bad experience here. So nice and take time and listen. Definitely recommend.

Nice place and everyone is helpful. Would always pick there to go to. Have no complains. Always have got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone is also very nice. Doctors have always helped me and feel comfortable with their decisions. Thank you

Went in today and from start to finish every person working was exceptional! Great customer service. Clean facility. Great job everyone, well done.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at any type of urgent care facility. Looking at all the bad reviews, and knowing that people are more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one, I felt the need to leave my peace. Sign in was fast, the paperwork was fast, and I was taken back to get my vitals within 10 minutes. I had to wait probably 25 minutes or so before the NP came in, but that's really not a long wait for me as compared to other urgent care visits. The staff was very professional and left me feeling comfortable. Thanks guys!

I ask receptionist if they would be able to get a piece of steel out of my. Eye call back to whomever says to me no problem. I told them it had to be picked out with a needle last time. She assured me that if it couldn't be flushed they would pick it out. Sorry I'm not comfortable getting that out. So now I'm out my money and wasted my time here! After verifying they could complete the procedure!

Don't go here They naturally assume you are wanting pain killers instead of listening, wife had major infection in tooth needed a root canal but dentist was closed because of holiday. Doctor gave 1/2 dose of antibiotics and ibuprofen 400 this guy is a joke do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I messaged Banner but they haven't returned call because they don't care about you either

I am right here right now. Because on Sunday my doctor doesn't open. And I can sick. So I decided to come here. And I got here at 3: 15. They say I have to wait 2hrs. Now it's been now 5hrs and I'm still waiting. And the worst part is spent $75 to wait 5 hours for nothing. I wish I got back my money and my TIME back. I never go back every. If I was dying and this was the last place on Earth. I still wanted to come here. But because I be waiting more then 5 hrs. And not get medication. Just take Tylenol. Oh pay $75. For what? For NOTHING!

What's the point of checking on online if it's still takes over an hour for someone to see you.

Virtually no wait and Tyler the first guy to see me and check the basic vitals and whatnot had ridiculously good people skills and was so nice. Great service all around

I had a great experience here today. Both gentlemen, a tech and a NP, who helped my child were kind, gentle, explained things thoroughly, and helped alleviate my childs' nervousness. Since it was a fracture we had to be referred to a specialist and they called and got the appointment set up for me. Great people.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to refused to stitch a finger on one occasion and refused to help me with my eye when I had something in it will never be going back, don't waste ur time there are plenty of places that will actually help you.

Absoutly terrible service and staff I regret stepping into 100 ft of this place! There should be a zero star option. Maybe that's why they call it urgent care. Unless it's urgent I recommend you go somewhere else.

Doctor was good. But the billing is a joke. I paid half the bill. Waited for a bill for the other half. Four months later a get a bill from a collection agency. Not a word from Banner. All other medical companies send a notice. Not Banner they send you to collection. Don't go there. Stay away from Banner
