26Went in for a sports physical. Everyone was very nice, there was hardly a wait, and the doctor was absolutely incredible and super helpful! Overall the best experience I could have hoped for!
Would do no stars if I could. I have a sick toddler and we are left to just sit and wait over an hour. It is emplied that they are pediatric friendly but they are not. No thank you. If you have a sick little one look into taking them somewhere else.
We have been coming here for a few years and have always liked the service. I went to get a physical for my daughter today and the assistant made a mistake on my daughter's height. When I pointed it out to her, instead of measuring her again, she pulled out a chart explaining how she was was right. It would have taken her the same amount of time to get her measured again. I thought that was very rude.
The nurse practitioner was terrible. She didn't take the time to show she cared. All they cared about was going home. Never going back.
Got there at 6 pm place was empty 1or 2 patient waiting in the lobby waited full hour to be called in, then waited another hour and half in patient room after my vitals are taken, and I decided to leave and go somewhere else in the morning never saw doctor.
Very alarming that a x-ray tech would call and try talk to me about a prescription. The x-ray tech is not a RN, LPN, PA, NP OR even a MD. I would never have expected a PA to direct a. X-RAY tech to call and talk to me about concerns over a prescription. It is out of a x-ray tech scope of practice to do this
