Apparently this company does all home depot's appliance delivery. My experience with them delivering a washer was terrible. The guys were rough with the appliance, didnt speak or understand english well enough for the task. Didnt want to let me hear the washer operate before signing. I'm sure they aren't paid well and are under pressure to get in and out fast. I told home depot they need to find another solution because it reflects poorly on them. Dryer delivery today was a little better.

Such a terrible company. Zero communication. If anything is remotely out of the scope of the installers job, they won't install. They look for any and every reason not to finish the job. Would not recommend using this company

for close to 3 months i have had an INCOMPLETE New Kitchen appliance delivery due to 4 separate issues with Barlows delivery. Damaged dented dishwasher, scratched stine top frame enamel from their rushing that they used a blade to unwrap the plastic off my stove, wrong order delivery, and delays delays delays, and the best part. 1 hour before closing time after taking time off work and waiting Litterally ALL day LONG "unfortunatly" we will have to reschedule you 4 days from now. ANOTHER issue on their part. OH and apparently.only 1 guy is trained on how to drive a truck. Nothing but a circus.no apologies, no priority, damaged and rushed delivery of everything.watch them like a hawk and inspect your stuff BEFORE rhey leave your doorstep. Home depot is pretty much a direct replection of this company. Lost a cash paying customer due to Barlows nonsense and littral incompetence.

We had an appliance delivery and they left the appliances outside, they would not put them in the kitchen because they said it was too heavy. Spent $11k in appliances and they were pretty much left on our doorstep.

If you make a big purchase, do NOT have them deliver it for you! We were told our window was between 2pm-6pm. I cancelled plans in order to be here for my delivery. At 5: 17pm, I called to make sure that I was still on the delivery route and was told she couldn’t get a hold of the driver but that I was on the list and he will call when he was 30 min out. At 6: 01pm, I received a call that they were an hour and a half behind. I have 2 small children who needed to get to bed and asked to be rescheduled for the morning. I was told that I would have to wait until December 4th! So I agreed to wait another hour and a half. At 7: 06pm, I received a call from the driver that he was 30 min out. At 7: 56pm, my washer and dryer were STILL not here so I called the driver only to be told he “thinks” I’m next! It’ll be another 30 min to an hour! When I called the office number back, she refused to reschedule me for the morning. It is now 9pm and still no one. I’m putting my kids to bed. I’ve waited 3+ hours past my window. I just called again to be told “I’m the next stop. ” I’ve been the next stop since 7pm. When this was brought to the store’s attention, they told us they have no choice but to use this delivery company. Don’t be like me. Rent a truck and bring it home yourself. I’m a patient person but this is ridiculous!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They deserve a zero Stars.since from my home warranty company for my dishwasher install, it's still not installed. I've decided I'll just take the money and do it myself. They've rescheduled twice, and then also told me that Warranty company forgot to add a water line. You know, the most rudimentary thing you need to install the dishwasher. They refuse to pick it up at Home Depot for around $10, and when I said I would pick it up, they refused that also. Absolute crooks, scumbags, bottom feeders. I wouldn't even let them in my property
