They can be a little pricey on some items but we found that they were even cheaper than Walmart on several items. The staff were very friendly.

So SLOW! Didnt know how to exchange or return things. Jammed everything into one bag that immediately broke except for 2 small boxes he just tried to hand to me? Bags are a thing no shortage as far as I know. At least 10 customers went through other lines.

They had what i needed and the young man at the register was very friendly and wiped down the station for every new customer.

This place is TERRIBLE. The staff are rude and avoid helping potential customers. When we approached the staff for help, the woman working there literally walked into the back area. AVOID THIS PLACE

Open for business but wear a mask. Shelves are well stocked unlike some stores. Some great sales prices too!

Ok, so this review was turned around from what could have been a 1 star to a 5, Without going into to much detail, I went in a few days ago, and the customer service was a little rough. However, this morning I received a call from Deja (The Stores Manger) and had an amazing conversation about my experience. I expressed my concerns after explaining to her what had happened and she turned the entire situation into a positive. It felt nice to be a customer and not just a number. Deja, we need a lot more people like you in stores nowadays. The professionalism and kindness you showed is what will have me coming back into your store. The fact that you handled the situation on your end rather than sweeping it under the rug speaks volumes. Seems like too many managers could carless. I want to thank you for everything you did for me in helping me out and I look forward to coming back to the store again.

We had time to go to Bed Bath & Beyond after Home Depot. Got great sheets on sale and used 20% off.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. And it’s never difficult to find someone who works there if I have a question or need help finding something. Only reason I gave four stars is despite specializing in home goods, I still feel like they could have a bigger selection of some items such as bath mats or shower curtains, for example. Also, it always feels like the towel colors are kind of limited and fairly monotone considering how much space they have for those, alone.

Employees are always very helpful. The greeters help you find what you want, so you are in and out if you are in a rush. I ordered online for pickup at store. It was waiting at the front when I picked it up. Great store.

AMAZING service by Shelley, who went to the ends of earth to find a Christmas gift. Transaction was prompt and quick by the other associate. Gotta love this store!

Everything under 1 roof! Fantastic selection of Comforters and Sheets, and towels, & the quality goes from nice to unbelievable! $$$. $$

What is there to say it’s a Bed Bath & Beyond. Coolest, must have gadgets and such for your everyday life if your willing to shell out the coin

Great products but customer service could have been better at this store. I stood at a checkout for about 5 minutes without any greeting from the cashier while she worked on a problem with the customer before me. I finally went to another line.

I love shopping there. Always find little gadgets & other items also. I could spend hours in there.

Amazing! The staff was very helpful and kind. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding something in particular. That was awesome because I would have walked around the store for an hour just to find what I needed so I'm glad she helped.

I am so impressed with this store. The employees are very kind and super helpful. The store manager went out of his way to help me locate and purchase bedding supplies.

Went to Scottsdale Store #573 on Aug 19,2018 and had a great experience with Sales Associate, Ryan. What I wanted (I researched online prior to coming to the store) was not available in store, so Ryan went out of his way to order and have shipped to our home the sheets I wanted. He was kind, fun and attentive. Thank you Ryan!

Every time I have been the store is a mess and it is hard to find employees to help you. Once you do find them they are nice, but all the stuff they sell can be found cheaper online.

Aparently, "beyond" dosen't reach to ones front or back door. No real door mats here! Ace hdw had several, I guess Ace is the place!
