Bed Bath & Beyond reviews
31 This store has the most disrespectful manager I have met in a long time. James treated me and my family like we we're intruding by being there. Thankfully Maureen with corporate handled the situation very professionally and got my wife and I will we were looking for.
We will be going to a different bed bath and beyond from now on
Went in for Zero Water filters since the 4-packs are on sale (as of when I'm writing this) and I had a coupon. Got help getting the item since it was high up in storage. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to talk with. I'll keep checking on those if I get any more coupons anytime soon because the sale has already almost meant I've bought 3 and nearly got a 4th free. Great store!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. It seems like they truly have your best interest at heart. Will be returning.
Some of the staff are snobby. I tried returning something because it was falsely advirtised as being a display item, but there were other broken parts to it that wasn't said on the tag. The manager tried to accuse me of being wrong and explained how they did everything right to make sure it worked properly.
If you can't find what you are looking for here, for your home, you are doing something wrong. I always find exactly what I need and the employees are very helpful.
Don't leave expired sales signs on your items and then not honor them, and don't sell people clearly returned electronics without notifying your customer it's an open box. The lady checking me out seemed really out of it, and the other two were rude.
Ashley was awesome! She helped me find a Christmas item that I thought was going to be hard to find! Saved my day!
Bought 2 items. Over charged for both. I mentioned it to the cashier and was ignored. Went back into the store and had an associate walk with me to the first product which she agreed was 24.99 not the 39.99 I was charged. Then she says "Oh, maybe the sign was for these over here" (a like product with the same description but totally different look and color) The sign was directly on the item I bought. There was no other item on that shelf. I was told after she checked, that the sign was for the item on the shelf 2 above the one it was on. I know someone accidentally put it there because the descriptions were almost identical but when I questioned her I was told "Sometimes we just have to put signs where ever". On to item #2. She agreed I was over charged. And then she walked away. SO, I went to the front and explained everything. This girl then said she'd have to check. When I said it was already checked, a male then helped us and said to give us that price. I then began explaining the first item. More to have them move the sign than anything so someone else didn't have to go through this, and the male turned his back on me to answer the phone as I spoke. I then just got my money back and left. I will never come to this location again.
This is like Toys R Us for adults. I can't get down a single isle without finding something I can't live without.
I was just here with my wife and child for a showerhead and a fan. 3-4 sales reps were at the front counter in a store that had less then that of customers. Waited 10 minutes for a rep to no avail. Normally this a good store with good help. Today not the case. I guess I will go do a different location where the managers and sales reps care about meeting a sales goal.
