38Being thr store is an electronic store it's very disappointing. I had to go across town just to get a TV because the place near me did not have it. And not only that but they tried to upsell me above my budget. If I want to buy something more expensive or if I want to apply for a credit card I can do that on my own.
Customer Service could be improved upon as far as veing "REAL" nice, instead of being "FAKE" nice & sgowing that Yall TRULY DONT CARE ubless You find out or KNOW someone IS GOING TO BUY SOMETHING EXPENSIVE 100%.
Do not shop at this store. I got thrown out because I did have my mask on over my nose. Go to Costco.
Felt a bit disorganized and were not eager to help until we asked for financing. The knowledge of the equipment was poor and they said they were sold out of a product we were looking for. However, when I looked I was able to locate it and others. Whoopsie!
The service was next to nothing. Nobody approached us and I had to search for a clerk. Once I did get someone though they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent experience. Bought my new phone there. Samsung factory reps, as well as a Best Buy rep, were very helpful. Best Buy has really improved.
Bought a new Motorola phone. Sales guy tried to move info from old to new put my people list on 3 times and didn't move my pics.
Best Buy is a convenient place to shop for and get help with electronics. Employees are helpful and friendly and the store is well designed and arranged.
I ordered online n most packages I had home delivery and it was very fast. One order I had sent to best buy on wetmore n 1st ave and the pickup was very fast and the desk person was amazing and help me take my things to my car. I have nothing but love for best buy. Low prices high quality and friendly service. I thank everyone behind the scenes that made my Xmas shopping stress free.
When you walk in it smells like an elderly's apartment and sweat. Other than that nothing but positive experiences.
I really had a great experience with them when buying my laptop. They were so helpful when i of course asked them a bunch of questions in regards to which laptop was a better choice. I will always go to Best buy for my electronic needs
This is the only Best Buy I visit in my city. Always organized and clean, and employees always eager to help you out.
My wife and I just ordered a flat screen TV online and were only minutes away from the store to pick it up and when we got inside and went to customer service to pick it up everyone was very helpful and polite and it took very little time to walk out of the store with our TV.
Was in the stereo dept wanting to purchase a car stereo. Left after 1 hour of waiting on salesperson. 2 associates came over but knew nothing about the product. So I waited and waited and waited for the stereo salesperson who never came. I was extremely frustrated and will never return to this store.
Meh. Hard to find an employee that wants to help. Wandered around for a while, couldn't find what I wanted or someone to help me find it and ended up leaving without buying anything.
Store is organized and staff is helpful and usually knowledgeable. However, they do that Best Buy trademark thing of following people around and asking a lot of questions. I don't mind it, but it irritates my husband. Lines tend to be a bit long.
We went to this Best Buy to replace some TVs that had been friend by a recent lightning storm. Ryan knew everything about the TVs, surge protectors, and warranty plans that would best fit our needs. He made it so easy with his knowledge and friendly, professional manner. What a great experience and Mom even got to rest her feet while he did all the forms. We are very pleased with our purchases and the whole experience. Thank you!

was lied to buy geek squad employee about having my computer backed up, and lost EVERYTHING. The store has only offered me a small gift card, but nothing close to making up for what was lost.
