I only go to Best if they have what I want and I can't get it on Amazon for some reason. Had bad experience with one of their "not-commission sales people".

Helpful sales associates, competitive prices and good selection on computers. My daughter bought one, didn't like it and it was an easy exchange.

Easy fast cheap online ordering pick up in store no problems ended up buying a printer scanner fax wireless machine at an amazing price, joined the rewards club!

Salesperson sold me a stereo and at install appointment everything was wrong with sale. Had to exchange stereo for different one. We asked 3 ppl in 30 minutes for help during purchase. Only reason I give it a 4 is BC the person doing the install was awesome. His name was alex. If whole store was like him it'd be great. Their salespeople need major retraining.

I returned a printer under extended warranty. I had no problems with customer service. While selecting a new one, I had an HP rep help me. He even carried it out to my car.

After visiting the Tucson store on Broadway, this store was comparatively disappointing in a appearance. The computer area/staff in particular simply was several levels below the Broadway store. The TV staff was knowledgeable, but the displays were deficient.

Bought a computer. Salesman was the same one who helped me a few weeks ago. Jacob was very knowledgable. Told him what I needed on a computer, don't use all the bells and whistles. Got what fit my needs and saved $100!

We shopped around, and they had the best deal on upgrading to android auto.
The financing was a was great, and Alex was awesome. He really took the time to walk us through all of our options. He even got our service completed early, so that we could enjoy it on our road trip. He also spent extra time helping us figure out some connection issues we had.
10/10, will def use Best Buy for future upgrades

They think they try or I would give them 1 star. A Samsung surround sound with rear wireless satellite speakers was in question and the employees at Best Buy insisted the rear speakers were not wireless even though they are. They also failed to explain to me that is System of the wireless subwoofer runs the rear satellite speakers off the subwoofer. And that is well would have solved my problem I was trying to explain. But they wanted me to spend big bucks on a Bose or Sonos system.

Best Buy still has great stuff and great service and excellent prices. And, if you visit a Best buy store, you get to touch it and look at it and feel it before you buy it, Imagine!

These guys were the kindest most efficient Best Buy employee I have ever encountered. The store is huge and everything looked great and in place. The service. 110%
