Needed new tires for truck and trailer. Went there at slow time so I could discuss my options. When I got there, some guy decides to just stop and sit at the entrance talking with an employee. After about 10 mins of this I decided to go around him. The employee had went back inside. I got it of my truck to go in. The employee comes out and told me I needed to slow down. Never have I sped around someone. After being rude to me I decided obviously they don't need my business. Went to Discount Tires who were much busier but were more than happy to service us with 8 new tires.

Showed up at 8: 50 for a 9 a.m. Appointment. 9: 10 they got the keys from me. Diagnosed the problem and then forgot about me. Serviced several walk in customers as I sat in the sun. They thought it was real funny. Did not care.

Had a bad experience a few months back. Horrible and dishonest service. The “manager” is the worst of them all and deserves to be fired. Just a bunch of greedy people that will do anything to make a buck. Stay away at all costs!

2 hours is way too much time to wait for service. If they are overwhelmed with work they should have said so. I am gone

Have a nail in a tire with a slow leak, I called at 5: 22 PM and told them that I'm 2 minutes away can you please help me? Who ever answered the phone said we close at 6pm and we have 3 cars we are working on and can't do it today.
Your a tire center on an interstate and you can't take a few extra minutes to help a customer. Was then told too take it across the freeway to a used tire place on a dirt lot. THE MOST unprofessional tire place I have ever been.
If you are traveling through Yuma AZ. And have a tire problem DON'T TAKE IT TO big zero. Even though they close at 6pm Discount tire said we will wait bring it over.

Needed a replacement travel trailer battery. The place was pretty slow but seemed not that busy. My battery tested weak, but they didn't have the battery of physical size i needed.

Josh took good care of me and all employees presented themselves well! Had a little confusion over getting the right tire and rim, but worked out well.

I feel Josh and the employees went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs!

I bought tires here at the end of last winter. I brought it back in and told them the car shakes at 60-65 mph. They told me I needed an alignment and have the tires rebalanced. Still have the same problem. They then said one wheel was bent so they rebalanced and still the same problem. Then they rebalanced again using a better system and still the same problem. Then they ordered new tires and tried that an still the same problem. They put the old tires back on and said something else must be wrong and they offered nothing further. Never had the problem until I got the new tires. Never heard back from anyone. I have been a customer for my 4 cars for many years but I think this will be the end.

In the evening of 2/26, I had a routine oil change and 4 wheel alignment check completed at Big O. The following day my check engine light, vehicle stability control system light, and check charging system light all came on (which had never happened before). I called Big O and spoke with the "manager" who advised me that the services provided would have nothing to do with the lights mentioned and it must've been coincidental. Still, I requested my car be evaluated to ensure there was no issue with the work that had been done the previous day. I was told they would not see my car that day, that they only had 1 mechanic and did not have the time. I was advised to take my car elsewhere for evaluation if I felt it needed done that day. As a healthcare provider who provides home visits using my personal vehicle, it is of the utmost importance that I have a reliable vehicle to get me from place to place. I proceeded to take my vehicle to another service garage who advised me that the vent hose from the intake assay was found to be out-of-position, something that would only happen if someone had access under the hood. As I suspected, it was right next to the oil and various filters that were checked, and was simply not reconnected properly. Due to the exposure of the air flow circuit and fuel system to the elements here in the desert, I agreed to proceed with a fuel injection flush to protect the system. After the diagnostic, fuel injection was complete, vent hose reinstalled, codes all cleared, etc, my end bill was $373.14 - all from a mistake made during a $70.96 oil change. I again reached out to the general manager of Big O to discuss the case, and was told it was "my decision" to take the car elsewhere to have looked at, therefore he was not going to be held responsible for any costs incurred, nor was he willing to refund the cost of the original oil change. When I asked for contact information for someone above him, I was denied that information.

I was 18 years old and days away from 19 at the time, I went to finance a new set of tires, as the ones ome my vehicle had the inner wire mesh visible on the outside. The gentleman who sold me my tires preyed upon my youthful ignorance and naivety and lied to me, saying that a particular financing option would be great for me, and upselling it through rose colored glasses. Now my payment total has more than doubled, and this store is giving me the runaround, being cryptic and giving me no information, and will not permit me to contact any higher management than "3rd in command" (their own words). Do not shop here. They will deceive you for a quick buck. They will not help you

I will definitely be coming back to this location. For once no one was trying to sell me services I didn't need. Friendly and courteous staff that know what they're doing.

Sadly I have to put at least one star to write a review.

I recently bought a full set of tires from here and got a nail in a tire. They gave my wife a problem and wanted me to pay to have it mounted and balanced not the repair but everything else. I took the tire to Discount Tire and they fixed it for free. Even though it wasn’t their tire. I should’ve known better than to purchase anything from Big O Tires especially this location where they are condescending and treat people badly. Especially the tall “manager” JJ. Avoid even speaking to this guy.

Another case:
My son bought a new car at 16. For a gift I bought him the year long alignment. He when through two sets of tires due to alignment issues. They said it was not their fault. Two sets of tires mounted, balanced, and at least 7 alignments later. And it’s not their fault. I will never use this location again.

I called Tuesday and asked about having my front wheel looked at. The guy said bring it in Wednesday morning. When I get there some other guy tells me the guy who does wheel work doesn’t work on Wednesdays. He was also rude and had me standing there while he checked the schedule of employees. Then he just stares at his computer till I finally asked him again and without even looking at me he just mumbled no we can’t do it. What a waste of time. It’s pretty obvious the guy doesn’t like his job.

My son had a blow out by YPG and of course had no spare. Josh went above my expectations by finding us a used rim and tire so we could get his truck back into town. It's so nice to find a local company that values customer service like this staff does!

We were there for 3.5 hours for a tire rotation. They did not keep us posted as to why so long a wait. When I asked why we were the 2nd car in the lot a little over an hour ago. I was told they were doing appointments first. But ours was next in line. Another 1 hour before they took it in and then after 40 minutes someone came out to say a lug nut is stripped not safe to put back on. Now they had to check the warranty get the part and took he took his sweet as time to put the bolt on.

Lack of communication from customer service end. I called and asked twice how much a tire change would be including the installation price. Was told misinformation on the total cost of the job. I would make sure employees tell customers the correct amount over the phone. Bad business practice from JJ the manager whom I dealt with.

I wish I could say more about this store but will give high praise to the techs that worked with me both this time and in the past. How ever Management/Owner refusal to even talk about my issues with one year old tire wear and lack of concern by not only not talking to me, except to tell me I should have an alignment done to my vehicle 4 time a year which industry wide is an absurd statement. But then to turn his back and walk away is very disheartening from my perspective.
I do wish you all a very Merry Christmas and the best in the new year. But because of the lack of customer support I will not be in need nor coming back for any other service. A quick tip to the owner/manager who I feel was so rude to me. We could have addressed this issue with as little as tire dismount rotation but because of your lack of respect to me I have gone else where for service, purchased the same brand for less and had my vehicle aligned. Which seems no one had ever done before.

I had an appointment. They were ready for me. Everything looked great. Four hours later I got my car. There is no oil change worth hours and hours of waiting for your car.

Another lady came in for her car and was told that it was too dirty to align. Leaving your car for a day and then coming back in after work and you get told that you need to get you car cleaned first.

Not happy.

I was disappointed today because of a lack and communication and an assumption on both parties. I asked for an oil and filter change, a fluid check and a tire pressure check. Also, I agreed to have a couple of additives included in the oil change. My assumption was that only these jobs would be done and, as stated by the service rep, that they would take about 45 minutes (I had booked the service time previously). Over an hour later one of the mechanics asked me for the wheel lock so that he could rotate the tires. However, as I explained to him, I did not ash for that service.he, on the other hand, normally did that because of the "package" written on the work order. His time was wasted in trying to find the lock and then in coming to ask me where it was. At no time before or during the appointment was this package mentioned to me, only at the end when I found out it was standard practice, which also included a thorough inspection of my vehicle. That package assessment, incidentally, suggested my truck needed over $2000 worth of front end work. After a two hour wait and discovering the reasons why, I was not amused. Yes, the package was economically priced, and I learned a lot about my truck's potential needs but they were not what I arranged for. In future, both customer and service rep should know and agree in advance on what exactly is to be done and at what cost, and in what time.

Hi, I am a Canadian and expected a little more than what I received. I checked my car in for your special price oil change which was good, $28 for synthetic oil so the price was good. However, I was taking a 2000 mile trip and wanted to make sure my 2011 HHR was ready to go. When I checked in there were 4 people on your two order desks and when I picked it up Saturday afternoon at 2: 30 there was only 1 person, 6 people ahead of me and he was scrambling as the store was closing at 3: 00 pm. I paid my bill but received nothing to tell me anything of any issues or what my brake lining remaining is, they did rotate my tires according to my invoice, my fluid levels were not topped up, windshield fluid, and antifreeze could use a couple of cups, one of my windshield wipers needed replacing which I found out on my trip. The sticker placed on my windshield gave the wrong mileage that the oil change was done at, it showed when it should be done next, not when it was done.
Just not as professional as I was expecting.
Regards,
Cliff Moberg
