Big O Tires, Yuma AZ

I dropped off a flat tire to be fixed this morning. They told me it would be 2-3hrs to repair. I waited close to 4 hrs and called to confirm it was done before driving in to pick it up. The guy that answered the phone informed me it was NOT done and acknowledged someone dropped the ball. I told him I’d be in to pick it up in 15 min. I waited 30-45 min just to be sure it was done this time. When I arrived my tire was sitting outside the roll up doors and hadn't been touched! I went inside to talk to management.they had no idea I had even dropped the tire off in the first place. Big O is a Big waste of time. I have bought multiple sets of tires from Big O but NEVER AGAIN! Terrible service! Go anywhere but here!
UPDATE: the owners replied to my review and asked me to reply to the Big O website directly, which I did promptly. However to date I have not had any further response or corrective action from the owners. So it’s clear that the lack of customer service sadly starts at the top.

Price was equal to tire rack. I was scheduled for a Thursday and they called me Tuesday morning they had an opening. The job was supposed to take over an hour and they did it near 30 minutes. Really happy with service and product.

Just had brakes put on my car. Supposed to be done in the morning. Didn't get done until afternoon. The guy was nice until I went to pay. I was then informed they didn't take checks. When I didn't have any other way to pay, he said I should have told him I only had checks. Well that's all I had with me. So have to go all the way back to my house and back again to pay! Absolutely uncalled for! Should have been informed up front. Should be posted "boldly" so no one else has to do this. I won't ever be back.
