I went in for oil change and tire rotation, the oil change was done however my tires did not get rotated.

Been going to Discount for years. They didn't have tires for my truck when I needed so I decided to try out Big O. What a difference. Great people and great knowledge. Discount only slaps tires. Big O sells the rubber but that only one part of having the rubber meet the road. They can also diagnose problems and fix them as well.
I own 2 trucks, 2 cars, and a 40 ft RV 5th wheel with 3 axles. Eventually they'll all be gettin' Big O's business.

I had my tires installed and my oil changed at the Valvista and Main location, the staff was awesome, efficient and prompt.

These guys got my tires balanced correctly. The first time!

I went to another Big-O-Tire location for the tires and when they balanced them they did not get it right. I took my car back to that same location had them try again and they were unable to get it right the second time either.

This Big-O-Tire on Main Street listened to my concerns, took my vehicle back quickly, balance my tires and even told me how off they were from the previous balance job. I can't express enough how pleased I am with this location. In the future I will most likely drive past other Big-O-Tire locations to get to this one.

This was my first visit to Big-O. My check engine light came on. My former mechanic close, so I tried Big-O since my daughter has been very pleased with them at another location. I was told I could bring my car in immediately. Without a quarter hour, the diagnosis had been done. Some minor work on the fuel jets was required. An hour later I left with my ten year old car in perfect working order - at a very fair price. I will be using this Big-O in the future.

They were awesome I came with 2 wheels to be balanced and they got them done in 15 minutes and know charge

Great shop and great location. When I come in for the free air the service is quick and to the point. Recently came in to get a new tire and the service was also great and fast. I've normally been a discount tire customer but big o has won me over with this location.

I made an appointment for oil change and air conditioner recharge 2 days earlier. I showed up on time. After waiting for an hour I asked when they were going to take care of my vehicle, they told me I had to wait my turn. I asked what does making an appointment do. They said it just got me in line. I then heard one of the workers tell someone on the phone that he was suprised it wasn't busy as it was Friday. After waiting 2 hours past my appointment time I asked for my key back and left. No apology just here is your key. Incredible waste of my time. I have done business with this location before but I will never be back.

They filled my tires with air for free, after driving around to 3 different gas stations. Thank you!

This Big O Team is truly exceptional in making me feel valued every time I enter the shop. The team offers unbeatable quality service. I came in for a tire replacement. The staff looked out for my best interest in not only replacing my tire, but also checking my alignment and the condition of my other tires. My other tires were worn and tired, so they replaced them. They also recognized that my vehicle was overdue for an oil change and changed my oil. This Big O Team exceeds my expectations every time to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive, that my needs are taken care of, and that I feel valued.

Big O promptly repaired my tire from a spike. Pete was friendly, professional and predicted accurately the time required for the repair.

I scheduled an appointment online. Manager called and confirmed. When i showed up, there was no appointment for me on their schedule. Irritating because the manager snd i had an indepth conversation about what i needed done and now there was nothing there. Seemed like a waste of time. Phone was ringing off the hook while the worker checking me in was getting my info. Had to stop three or four times ro answer phones. That means they are good and busy but I thought I should have hsd a priority aince i had an appointment. I am from the old school where businesses put customers first. Customer service everywhere is garbage but this place was better than most

I had a 11 o, clock appointment and got there At 10;30.thats all ok.but it was just a oil change and a gas cap replcmnt.and I finally got the bill at 1: 30. I think it was wayyyy to long.or somebody forgot me. I, m looking at Firestone for maint.next.sorry Big O.

Takes to long to get a person to help you they tell you you vehicle Will be ready at a certain time and its 4 hrs later it's still not done

I want to say this positive note. I don't mention people by their names on both positive and negative things. The gentleman who greets and meets the customers does a fantastic job. He has to be the front line to the others that do their jobs behind the scenes and its not a easy task. Now on the negative. I hope that they can get the oil change team a bit more training. I'll leave it at that.

Dan the main mechanic is fast and knowledgeable. Have had a few items taken care of on my car and they did a great job cost alot but worth it to find an excellent mechanic. And with big one's nation wide backing on warrenty, anything happens I can go to any big o tires and they will take care of warrenty work which is a major plus in my book.
