I took My vehicle in here A few months ago For an oil change and when I left with the vehicle it was fine until an hour later my vehicle warned me to pull over there was no oil I was thinking I just had my oil done today. They didn’t put the oil cap on correctly so all of my oil spilled out. My engine could have been blown! Then they gave me 3 free oil chang cards and they won’t even take use it since they have their tire special they told me those people come first before my oil change! Horrible customer service and they do not fix your vehicle correctly. I guess their tire special is more important than a customer who they screwed over months ago is not important!

Charlie and Big O have always taken care of us, but this was even more amazing. My mom is 81 and my dad passed away a little over a year and a half ago. My mom is doing some things on her own for the first time without my dad. Pete and Jeremy were incredible! Pete had Jeremy go to my mom's home and jump her dead battery, had her follow him to the shop, ordered a new battery and stayed late to install it! Thank you Pete for arranging this. Thank you Jeremy for the labor. It's so good to know that the employees at this Big O are both skilled and compassionate! Way to go team!

Horrible experience! I called ahead during the week to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived shortly after 8am on Saturday, 8/10/19 to drop off my 96 Honda Accord. I was greeted by Chris after entering the store. He came outside to inspect my tires after I asked if they could look at them because of a slight wobble in my steering wheel at low-medium speeds. He found that the front tires appeared to be in good shape, but the right rear tire had been worn down on the inside of the tread a couple of inches. The rest of the tread was good, so it appeared there was possibly an alignment issue. He advised me he would have them take a look at the balance of the wheels, and the alignment, and inspect the front end while they had the vehicle. I told him I could drop it off, he said he would call me once they have done the inspection and would provide recommendations. He did not provide an estimate of how long it would take. I didn't ask, because I assumed it wouldn't take longer than a few hours to change the oil and check the wheel balance and alignment.

7 hours went by with no call, so I called the shop at about 3: 30. The guy who answered put me on hold when I asked about the status of my vehicle. Chris came on the phone after a minute or two, and said, "You are all set. " I asked if they had inspected the front end and wheels balance as he advised they would, and he put me on hold. He came back and said that the inspection was not done, but the oil change and rotation had been done an hour ago. He offered to then get the car up on the rack again to do the inspection, and I declined when he said it would take at least another hour or longer, as I had a dinner meeting to get to that evening. So upon my arrival, he apologized and said they were "slammed" and he was waiting for his mechanic to look at it. He comped my $16.95 oil change, and said he would make sure the inspection would be done if I bring the vehicle back.

As I entered my car, I immediately noticed a large area of black dirt and grease on the carpet where someone dragged their boot across the section between my all weather floor mat and the plastic door threshold, probably more than once. I was in a hurry so I did not have time to go back in and discuss the issue. Once on the road, the wobble in the steering wheel was gone. So, it appears that it was a front wheel balance issue or a bad tire that was causing it, as the tires that were on the front were now on the back. So all they had to do was check the balance of the wheels when they did the rotation. They could have resolved the issue very easily and sold me a wheel balance, a couple of new tires, and possibly even an alignment. Unfortunately, I now have to find another time to get this resolved elsewhere, and my carpet has a huge patch of filth on it. I am a very unhappy customer.

I wasn't feeling well and I had a flat tire. I was impressed with how quickly the crew had it replaced on a very bad day for me.
