Man these guys sure do take care of me and my tires on all my vehicles. I go with these guys because they have the best warranty and service I can find. I even buy the Big O brand tires. Heck, I pulled in for a tire rotation and balance expecting to pay something like everywhere else. When they were done, they just gave me my keys, told me to have a great day, and see you in another 5,000 miles. Are you kidding me? , Who does that? A great company! That's who does! Thanks guys.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this company needs to work on their customer service treatment. The fact that you come 3 times and same treatment all 3 times is unacceptable. What is the issue with treating customers in such rude manner? Very disappointed and can not and will not recommend this place to anyone that would like to be treated with decency.

Great shop. They were able to squeeze me in even though it was last minute and they were busy when I called in with a flat. They said the repair is free of charge. Wow. Always had to pay at least $40 to fix any other flats I’ve had out of state.

Worst Experience Ever! Called made an appt, showed up and of course NO APPOINTMENT! Was told no problem could still get me right in. Well after an hour of waiting, still have not started to work on my car! Guess making appointments is not the way to schedule here!

The staff here are amazing! They took good care of me and at an affordable price. Getting credit was fast and easy.

Still having same probl.l came in for they supposedly fixed, came back couple days later, now there saying its something else causing the problem l originally came in for dont get it

This place is terrible. Couldn't even manage a simple replacement of a tire on a new corvette wheel. My friend brought his 2017 vette (with 1000 miles) here and they scratched the rim chipping paint off and leaving marks. Then they had that audacity to tell him "the car is a year old so its not brand new" and "its just a little scuff". They are refusing to fix or replace the wheel or even comp the tire cost. I would let a toddler work on my car before I let this location.

Couldn’t find my information on a tire purchased less than two months ago ($240.32) Although it was from another location it seemed like a total inconvenience to help us. Had to go to the location it was purchased from to get treated like we were wanted. This location has gone downhill over the last few months. They are there because WE, as customers need help. I will now only go to store 4194, where we were treated with respect

John was extremely helpful and patient answering my every question about tires and alignment. I have been to other Big O locations and would not recommend them due to poor service and rude staff, but this location the service, staff, everything was excellent. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here and recommend them to friends.

Great service. Didn't try to sell us anything we already knew we didn't need done. They were timely and had snacks available at no charge while we waited.

John O'Brien was so helpful! He explained everything they do and why the car needs what. I didn't feel pressured or ripped off which is very important to me because I have been in the past with a different company. I will only go to this location from now on!

This specific shop is great really friendly great service and there honest no drama or issues I came in 20 mins before they closed and they still stayed late to change my tire and help me out.plus if u don't know anything about it ask for the snap program it is awsome and helps wen u dont have the money.

Honest place. Good service, and they have a comfortable waiting area. I take all my vehicles to Big O.

I went in with a flat tire and asked for them to patch it. After waiting they called me up and said “We can’t patch it, $213 with a new tire out the door”. I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service. I went somewhere else where they were able to patch my tire!

Very friendly employees. They put a rush on my tire order and got me in asap. They found me the best deals. Also cared about my safety and quality of my products. Thank you Big o employees.

I use Big O for oil changes. They charge a fair price and their oil change includes a tire rotation. Other places charge $10 for tire rotation. The Lindsay and Warner location offers free popcorn, coffee and donuts in the waiting area or you can walk across the street and shop at Goodwill while you wait.

Went to get a tire repaired and turned out I needed a tire. Had to wait two days to get it and after an hour waiting, they said they got the wrong tire. Instead of trying to make it right, they just told me to come back. When I did, they installed the new tire bit didn't bolt on down. Got to the gas station next door and it wobbled badly and almost fell off! Went back in and was given excuses as to why it wasn't correct. Like it was my cars problem. Never again.

Twice now I've called asking if they have time for a oil change while I wait in store. I was told both times "come on down, were wide open. You don't need an appointment". Then when I show up 20 minutes later they say "it'll probably take the rest of the day can you leave it with us? " I don't have time to give them a third try. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks

Every time i go there for something small like rotating tires they come back with a laundry list of stuff they say i need to do worth several thousand dollars. One time they said i needed to flush my transmission fluid and i had literally done that with them 5 thousand miles earlier. They are totally crooked. Don't go there unless you want to get swindled.
