Big O Tires, Gilbert AZ

Went for an oil change and had my tires rotated. Ended up needing more fixed due to radiator hoses leaking. The guys took care of me and explained everything. Pricing and time was given right off the bat. I knew it would be a bit as they were busy so I made plans while my truck was worked on. Staff was great as always. Been going for a few years and I always recommend Big O when it comes to taking care of my vehicles.

All they do is upsell. I had my alignment done with a free 30 day adjustment. I told him I was replacing tie rods which would require a new alignment. He said no problem. When I brought it back in for the free alignment they were not happy. As I drove away my alignment was completely off. I had to take it to my mechanic to have him fix the alignment. He said he had never seen as messed up an alignment as mine. I will never return to any Big O.

More expensive then other places and I had an appointment and I still waited 40 minutes to even take my vehicle back, not fun with a toddler and a 5 month old

We were there in a very busy day with a tire that blew out the side wall. The gentleman who helped us was very patient and was able to help us find whay we need.

Do not go here! Worst place to have your car worked on even for the simplest of task. Do not go here!

Good for an oil change 14.95 is B's false advertising. And they didn't use the correct parts for the last fix.

Under construction on the inside. They have a sign outside showing a low price for oil change but once you get inside they say they can't give you that price and raise it 3x that cost. They give you a list of things they recommend needing to be fixed at the end. They offer commentary donuts, popcorn, donuts etc.

I had a great experience today. I have off size tires but they were able order, get it, put it on and do an oil change in less 4 hours. No upselling. Thank you Mark

Waited 3 1/2 hrs for tires didn't fix my lug nut. Also replaced my chrome stem caps with black ones. They acted like everything was cool. No customer service Ugh!

So I spent all this money buying tires from big O yet they can't even help me get a nail out of my tire within an hour. He tells me it's going to be 2+ hours just to get a nail out of my tire. Worst service ever.

James was rude. He should not be talking with customers. My 3 yr old jumped on couch and he said to have him stop because they cost $500. I need and oil change not a parent coach or an appraisal on your stupid couches. Just bad customer service, taking my business elsewhere where I am valued as a customer. I hope owner reads this.

Went for my oil change appointment today at 10am. I waited until 10: 50 before asking what was the hold up. One of the guys behind the desk said 15 minutes after checking with someone in the actual garage. The associate even said he'll do it himself. 5 minutes later the guy gets in a car to run an errand. 15 minutes after that I'm still waiting, the guy hasn't returned to the store, and I kindly asked for my keys and took my business elsewhere.

Don't go here for car service. I went The for an oil change and they tried to tell my car had no oil in it and that my gasket needed to be replaced. The staff here will treat you like an idiot and try to get you to pay for repairs your car does not need. I'm sticking with the Toyota dealership. Even with the Big O coupon I ended up paying the same for an oil change as the dealership.

The guys are attentive to your needs without being "pushy". The place is comfortable and cool. Their tire products- my purchase- are outstanding. Thanks Tony.
