I needed 4 new tires for my Chevy Tahoe and had called around to a few different stores before calling Big O. Kyl was the best, he explained the differences between the recommended tires for my vehicle and even offered to price match if I found a better deal on similarly rated tires. True to his word, when I found tires at a lower price at another retailer Kyl matched their price and saved me over $100 on my purchase.

Kyl was friendly, patient, and remembered me when I called back and even gave my 6 year old son the same courtesy and friendliness when we came in. My new tires went on in about the same amount of time it took for my son and I to have breakfast next door to Big O, and for all these reasons I will be returning to Big O tires for future tire purchases as well as maintenance services on my vehicle.

Great customer service and fast results. When I called Kyl helped me make my decision quickly on bringing my vehicle in to get my tires exchanged for new ones. When I arrived Krystal helped me with great customer service and made sure I was satisfied with everything before paying at the end. I didn’t have to wait very long for a call to notify me my car was ready. Now my car feels great on the road and I notice the difference big time.

3 stars only because they were easily talked in to fixing an alignment from a year ago but ill never go back for tires. Discount tire from now on

These guys are horrible with customer service. Had a girl wait on me. Actual said " I really don't care if you go to discount tire we had two people that didn't show up for work today". Have 4 vehicles and won't go back.

Extremely great service. Patrick at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and managed several customers at once effectively. They did not try to pressure me into any other services for my vehicle, which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Waited 2.5 hours for oil change. Purchased a sheet from a fund raiser to support a chandler high school. Had card for free oil change, was told Needed to up grade to synthetic oil. Still had to pay almost $46.00. Said my oil change was normally 89.99 ridiculous price for an oil change. I'm a senior on fixed income. Won't go back there again. Won't recommend BigOTires.

Good serviceIe. I was excited about the early bird special of $16.99, sadly I was disappointed though that they don't disclose that they will be charging you the tax on the original price ($39.99) plus 1 extra quart of oil plus waste and disposal fee on the website where the special was advertised.

I love and trust this place best customer service ever and they make sure everything is taken care of so you can drive safe on the road and the manager Brooke is amazing!

I called ahead to verify if this location could swap a tire I had in storage to a rim u had laying around. I didn't even make it into the door when I was stopped by the manager who immediately inspected my tire for it "age" when he informed me they would not assist me because the tire I brought in was "too old". It was a clear attempt to sale me something new. If you appreciate being taken as a fool, this is the tire shop for you.

I was taken care of by Brooke and her crew just for a routine oil change, they assured me it would be done in a timely matter and it was done very quick. Them having a comfortable waiting room as well made the experience all that better but Brooke is a great manager and face for Big O tires.

Worst service ever! I bought 4 new tires and an alignment. They didn't tighten the alignment bolts and the rear tire nearly fell off. Not knowing what the issue was I told to a Ford Dealership and they had to do another alignment. Big O would not reimburse me for the Ford alignment. Really?

I've always liked Big O Tires. I've been to several locations around the valley and they have all men very clean establishments. Their prices are moderate and about the same as anywhere else but they're very courteous hard-working and trustworthy. They don't charge you for things you don't need. The only drawback is they are almost always extremely busy but, that's because they have such a great reputation.
