If negative stars can be giving, this location will get one from me. First time for me walking into a big o tires location. And the experience when down the drain. First of all I want to clarify I’m a technician with over 25 years experience with imports. Master Honda Technician. I visited this location because my Honda Odyssey needs an alignment. Machine that I don’t have. So it a must for me to pay for these service. I visited Firestone and they are several days back on appointment.
Going back to Big O. When I inquired above the alignment service they were able to take me in right away. Great! Price? Not what I was expecting but been that they had the time now I over looked at the price. Didn’t care at this point. The service writer proceeded to ask me why did I need an alignment? I respond. The entire suspension has been replaced including tie rod ends. So he told me my vehicle need it an special alignment. So he just lost the customer and gained a bad review. Straight laying to customers to make more money.

I took my jeep in here about 1.5 years ago and had someone look at the front end, they inspected everything and gave me a list of things that needed to be done for free. We came in today just to get my husbands check engine light scanned for codes to fix whatever is causing it to be on and they said they would charge 140 DOLLARS JUST FOR THAT. Idk if they have different management or what but my question is why is it so hard to find a decent mechanic that will look at your vehicle and not charge some insane amount if money?

I took my 15 passenger van in with a clear leak in the rear tire. Time was tight because I had to get children from the high school and then the elementary school.

They did not try to upsell me or anything. I was not in need of new tires, but a simple leak to be fixed.

Thank you so much Big O!

I brought in my vehicle for a basic oil change.and that's it. But Dwayne made me wait for an hour before I finally asked if they were going to try the change my oil. He then refused to do an oil change unless they upcharged me for a $140.00 diagnostic which I didn't request.this was simply ludicrous. Trust me, don't waste your time coming here if you're looking to get anything but ripped off.

My experience was good and professional. They help me with my new tires and patiently look up to see what they could do to help me get the best price for them. It was a good experience

I went to get tires for my older jeep. I wanted them biggest without rubbing. After looking through sizes and reaching out to another stores jeep guy, Aubrey found the perfect set They were delivered the next day and installed. Great service!

I had a slow leak in a tire that was purchased and installed, by NTB, a sister company of Big O Tires. At Big O, they removed a nail and patched the nail hole under warranty. Friendly service! I recommend Big O Tires.

I've taken my cars here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. I've had them put new tires on, and have done tire repair. They have always been courteous and pretty quick. They get pretty busy in the afternoon, so I suggest coming first thing in the morning.

Took my truck in for a diagnostic and they said it would be free! Then I had it repaired there and they charged for my repairs and the diagnostic.

RIP off place! Gives big o a bad rap. They are a franchise. Go the extra miles and see the san tan valley store run by Dennis, ironwood and ocotillo. That place is run by people who care!

Great oil change place. Look for their coupons in the mailer envelope for great money saving coupons! And Home of the Lifetime windshield wipers blades. You pay a little more, but they are better quality and Lifetime warrantied. (For the life of you owning that vehicle)

Experience this business twice. - First time was for a small leak in my tire. "BIG O" said they couldn't fix it and quoted me a figure of $350 for two new front tires. I left and took it to DISCOUNT TIRE (Highly recommend). They were able to immediately fix it and it's been fine for 3 months. (Yes, it was within the fixable tread lines). Very weird.
Second time, my wife went in for an oil change. Changed the oil, then kept her in the car for another 20 minutes while trying to upsell her on various transmission services the car didn't need. When she asked "Hey, what's going on? " they responded that their computers were down and they couldn't ring her up. Finally, they did and sent her on her way. She then remembered they needed to "reset" her "oil change" alert on the vehicle. This took another 10- minutes and when she was sent on her way, guess what.it wasn't reset. She was there for over 45 minutes for an oil change with a toddler and a 1 year old in the back seat.how fun.

My conclusion of this business is they are slightly dishonest and pushed to upsell their customers. I wouldn't recommend them and I'll be staying far away. 2 stars b/c they were at least able to change the oil.

My neighbor suggested I go here because I had a nail in suddenly deflated tire. I was reluctant to go somewhere new because, as a woman, I have been told multiple times in my life thst a nail in tire can’t be repaired and I need all new tires. My neighbor said “ thst won’t happen here. These are good guys”
I left the car there and walked home 15 minutes when I got call that tire could not be repaired and I need all new tires. Because of my circumstances, i could not get back there so just agreed to their cheapest tires x 4. My other option was to have them throw on spare, load damaged tire in car, walk back with a 2 and 7 year old, drive to discount tire and wait for them to repair tire. I am so tired of arguing with tire guys, yes, you can fix a tire with a nail and no I don’t need all 4 new tires because one has a nail. Won’t go back. Both discount tires and sears have repaired my tires with nails without using this scam.

Good friendly service. Free tire repair, but a little pricey for everything else. I do like the warranty though!

Put in wrong amount of tire pressure (under) for truck and wheel requirements.

Went in for a sound. One Big O states I had 60% pads left. Noise was no pads left. Had new pads put on only to pick up my truck with no brake pressure. Come to find out when pushing the pistons back it the fluid was never put back down the line. Messed up master cylinder. When getting a new one they were going to put a refurbished one on my new Tundra. I told them NO I WANT A NEW ONE FROM TOYOTA which they did, but had I not known better it was cheaper the other route. Big problem in my eyes as a consumer.
