Big O Tires, Queen Creek AZ

I went in yesterday as I suspected I had a slow leak in one of my tires - sure enough they found a nail! I had purchased the tires JUST over a year ago from them & I was worried I would have to purchase a new one. They were able to patch my tire (and check the pressure on the other three) for FREE! In & out in under an hour! I have gotten many oil changes done here, as well as other work, it's ALWAYS a great experience!

Only place in town that had my bmw tire. They changed it and had me back on the road in a few hours!

Great people i had a flat tire and it was fixed fast and with no problem got me in and done with ease. If you guys want something done right there is just one place and that is here. Thanks guys i was very happy that i did business with you and not anywhere else.

I didn't feel like I was being hustled. Which I typically feel this way when taking my car places. The couple times I have been here, I have spent a long time in the waiting room. Maybe I just go at busy times. Oil change & tire rotation was a fair price.

Our truck tire was losing air pretty quickly a few weeks ago so we stopped by to have it looked at. We have after market tires that are super big and knobby so I was worried about the cost. They fixed the tire and I waited for the total expecting it to be ridiculously high but NOPE! There was no charge! Super great service, the employees were all very helpful and they had plenty of coffee and magazines in the lobby during our wait. We will be back, thank you!

The store is very busy and it can take quite a while to get into. The pricing is inconsistent, changing depending on who we have talk to recently, but the staff is friendly and the work is quality.

I thought it was Big O tires but it must be Big Zero tires. Took my car in for a tire rotation. I didn't tell them that I had marked the tires. They told me they were finished. The tires had not been moved. I told them that I had marked my tires before I came in and then they really did rotate them. BIG ZERO!

Very fast service. Went and had tired put on s trailer for a customer we're delivering to, was in and out in maybe 30 mins.

Drove in losing air at a rapid rate (ran over razor blade) they told me they'd fix it or replace it no questions asked because we had purchased our tires there. Nice to know it's no hassle! They were busy and I was out of there in 30 mins!

These guys have always taken care of my family's needs, at a value, as fast as they can. Great work, no lies, or up charges.

This store will try to rip you off. They told me that I had bad struts on my Dodge Avenger because of some leakage and it would cost $600.00 to replace them. I took it home wiped off the strut and it was just fine. Another time they told me that my Condenser was bad for me AC unit. I took it to my dealership and it only needed a charge. Don't use this service station.

I called on a Thursday to get two tires, they said they'd have them on friday. I didnt get them till sunday. They told me if have to wait "less than an hour" i was there dor more than two. Price was ok, not great, but ok

The staff is really friendly, but prices are not competitive. There is always a cheaper price for maintenance (minus oil changes) or tires.

They have no regard for anyone's time. It took them close to an hour to tell me to come back tomorrow because they didn't have the tire I needed for my road hazard warranty. I called ahead (previous day) and they didn't want any information, they just wanted me to stop by. I'm really pissed off to be honest, inexperienced staff wasting my time when I'm trying to be proactive.

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service and workmanship. My truck drove fine till I took it here. They told me I needed ball joints, so fine I let them do it. I get my truck back and I can't even keep it on the road and had to pull over and stop. Long story short I end up taking my truck back every week for a month till they semi fix it. I had to show the "mechanics" what to do to fix my truck. Really wish I could give them 0 stars. Will never be returning here.

The place is going through a change in staff but JR the manager is getting things in order. They helped me out with an alignment issue that was just out of warranty. If you have had a bad experience in the past, they are definitely working hard to change that. They are honest about their wait times. No more "it will be 30 minutes" then you wait for 2 hours for your car. They do their best to stay on time.
