I had purchased 4 tires from Big O with an extended warranty. There was a problem with a valve on one of the tires. The gentleman behind the desk told me I had no warranty and tired to sell me a single tire for just under$400.00. He said it was the only one in stock. Being a holiday weekend, I am sure he thought he'd get me. I went to DISCOUNT TIRE where they said that the tire itself was still under warranty and fixed the valve for free. I would give BIG O A BIG FAT 0! LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!
My daughter who is out of state university student took tire that had side wall hole that couldn't be repaired. THey told her the tires were at 4/32" and all 4 would need to be replaced. This raised flags since the vehicle only has 14,000 miles on 65,000 mile rated tires, so I had her take it up the road to Goodyear since I am 3 states away. They took a look and the fronts were at 7/32" and back was at 8/32", which is almost new.so these guys were NOT HONEST, and trying to take advantage of someone they thought was vulnerable. There is no excuse for dishonesty. If there isn't enough money to be made honestly they should close up the shop.
