The staff was polite and service was great, very attention detail. Spoke to David at the front desk and he was a true professional and helped out in every way he possibly could. I’d highly recommend anyone to get their car serviced at this location.

They will tell you that you need new rotors when you don't. Go somewhere else. If that's not an option don't believe their lies.

The staff was courteous and professional. They took my car in immediately. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me or upsell me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

The guy was planning to charge me $40 for a brake inspection that is supposed to be FREE! Upon resisting and shoowing him what it says about FREE brake inspections on their website, the guy slyly said "i am going to waive it for you" as if he is doing a favor. I walked out.

TOTAL CROOKS! STAY AWAY!

I’ve been coming to this Break Masters for years. I always have a great experience. One time I won a free oil change. This most recent experience, I was quoted one price and when I came back it was lower by a hundred dollars. They continue to earn my business.

Sam the Manager at this property is the True Spirit of Excellence in every manner and is truly transparent in everything he does and now I will bring all my business from Big 2 Toyota who charge and arm and a leg to Sams store.

THANK YOU! Driving from Tucson to Phoenix, I was rear ended on I-10 and pulled into the first place I found to make sure everything was ok. They were friendly, got me in quickly, said it was okay and charged me nothing. They could have taken advantage and screwed me over but not at all. This kind of experience really shows the integrity of a place. Thanks, guys!

So in all fairness they had to replace my coolant quick connects on my truck. Had it towed by recommendation of tow truck driver. I don't think I would ever return. Communication from them was poor. I always had to call them. Took a bit longer than expected and i called 5 minutes after they opened Saturday morning and no one was there yet. Also price was a bit steep. Could have driven and done a parking lot fix for the price of a gallon of coolant. I was lazy and my laziness cost me money. In hindsight I would go elsewhere or fix it myself.

Took my Camry there for a simple alignment and two times of sitting for over an hour and still isn't correct. The mechanic will get an attitude with you for correcting him while a white shirt manager tells you everything is perfect. Perfect lol worst service!

4.5/5 Friendly staff. Slightly over priced for the work I needed compared to some other shops but they do have financing options and were conveniently located for me. They were speedy with the repairs too!
