Kelli koontz is amazing. She is quick to respond to complaints and issues with the association. Very professional and fun to work with. I am very satisfied having her as the hoa manager and having Brown as my management company.

I recently moved to San Tan Heights and along with a new HOA I was about to pay the monthly fee for the first time. So I looked at the options on the statement and became frustrated. There on the front was "Need to speak to your community customer service rep? " I called Brittany Kelsey, she not only answered my questions (what/where is Assoc. ID) but provided me with an email that walked me through the process. Moving to a new environment is stressful. I'm grateful Brittany answered my call and with a smile in her voice, helped me. I'm getting settled in. Thank U

We do a great deal of Real Estate sales at The Pointe South Mountain and also recently lived there. In our business we work closely with HOA management. It is crucial to have a cooperative and professional community manager. We are thrilled to have Debi Berndt in her position as she has been most helpful and responsive. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough without having HOA concerns on top of it. Thanks to Debi we are able to quickly resolve any issues that arise. We hope she continues in her role for a long time. She is a wonderful asset to the community and her company.

Keli Koontz is the most professional property manager that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is responsive and ALWAYS explains every situation in detail. She communicates every update to the homeowners on current events and follows up with you on every inquiry/request you make with her. My community hit the jackpot having Keli as our property manager!

After realizing I sent in a request on the weekend, I understand why I did not get a quick response. This Monday morning I was contacted by our LyonsGate person. By early afternoon I filled out a form and took a picture.this evening everything was approved and I can plant a tree in our front side yard. Very happy-thank you.

The pool company they hired allowed the pool to get black algae all over the bottom of the pool in July. It was drained and filled with in the last 30 days and now it is green again. The property manager does not return my phone calls and has stopped returning my emails.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Jonathan Brown of Brown Management. Our last managed company was a nightmare. Jonathan almost always answers his phone, he is courteous, professional and responsive to my requests. He sees himself as a service provider and he is happy to be of service. I look forward to future dealings with this company and the reveling in the experience of excellence.

I found Browm Management to be very responsive to my concerns. Debi made arrangements to have someone come out and look at the problem within 24 hours. Very much appreciate there management style.

I have been in the real estate business since 1970 I've never experienced a more professional management company and the information that we asked for was given to us remarkably timely fashion very quick very polite very professional d e b i berndt was so helpful and professional and courteous can't say enough good things about her and Brown Management Company

I had a problem, I called Ms Tice at Brown Mng and was very happily surprised when my issue (a larger than me tree limb left by landscapers) was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

JAZ BACKFLOW PREVENTION is a plumbing service provider for Brown Community Management. When I receive a work order, I know I am doing business with a superior property management company. I enjoy working with Debra Tice, property manager for Brown Community Management. She works hard to please her customers and makes sure her properties are well cared for. I would give both Brown Community Management and Debra Tice an A+ rating.

As landscape chair of our HOA I have to work closely with our management company. Debra our manager is alway responsive, helpful and ready to do what ever it takes to get the job done. I highly recommend Brown Management if you want a caring company that offers results.

They were our HOA for five years and they were awesome! Debi was ALWAYS quick to respond. Unlike most HOA's that you write a check to and have no idea who they are or what they do this group actually responds and cares to help! Awesome job!

As chair of our HOA architecture and landscape committee I appreciate the support I get from Chance Boseman and BCM. We are better able to provide timely and authoritative guidance to homeowners regarding compliance with CC&Rs and maintenance and landscaping standards.
