Brown Community Management, Mesa AZ

I have recently moved into a development managed by Brown Community Management. I had a few questions and issues and Debi Berndt couldn't have been more helpful. She was so personable as well as professional. Good to know I have moved where the HOA is on the ball. Thanks Debi!

I recently moved into Monaco South and am totally impressed with the amazing job that Brown Management is doing along with our board. Especially Michele Lockhart who is our community contact person. After attending our first board meeting I realized I am fortunate to have picked not only such a great community but one that also that works with such a terrific Community Management Company! Lucky me!

My experience with Brown Community Management has been satisfactory in every way. They are responsive to comments or requests, generally responding within a few hours, not more than one day. They have been the property management company for our HOA since January 2018 and I think our Board made the right decision in contracting with them.

Taurean Hughes is our community manager at the Villages. Taurean is very dependable and is a great communicator. He works hard for our community, residents and the HOA Board. He will search for answers to board members questions and respond as soon as possible. He has an infectious smile and laugh.

Our HOA switched to Brown Management two years ago. As a board member, I could not be more satisfied. Our 40 year old property is a challenge due to years of deferred maintenance, but Brown has been a huge help with the turn around process. Special thanks to Kara Cutler (property manager) and Time Macica (VP) for their professional guidance!

I have dealt with a lot of HOA companies over the years, however my experience working with Taylor B.at Brown was really great. She listened, explained everything to me, and was very helpful and patient. It is frustrating to work through HOA issues from time to time, but she did a great job walking me through everything. KUDOS Taylor!
